Modeling multipartite virus evolution: the genome formula facilitates rapid adaptation to heterogeneous environments

Multipartite viruses have two or more genome segments, and package different segments into different particle types. Although multipartition is thought to have a cost for virus transmission, its benefits are not clear. Recent experimental work has shown that the equilibrium frequency of viral genome segments, the setpoint genome formula (SGF), can be unbalanced and host-species dependent. These observations have reinvigorated the hypothesis that changes in genome-segment frequencies can lead to changes in virus-gene expression that might be adaptive. Cette recherche a pour objet d'étudier l'intégration de l'Enseignement Assisté par Ordinateur (EAO) dans la formation en cours d'emploi. L'étude s'articule en deux parties, théorique et pratique. En premier lieu, elle montre l'importance d'une approche en termes d'efficacité interne de la formation, et donc d'une analyse du rapport coût-efficacité. Appréhender le rapport coût-efficacité signifie aborder la structure et la problématique générale des coûts de l'EAO. Human capital formation : state or market management This paper examines the likely difficulties of the management by the state of the education sector. Concerning the operation of the system, the analysis is based on international comparisons and on the French experience. As a whole the difficulties are linked to the weak accountability and justification in the use of the resources mobilized. This arises from the absence of the regulatory mechanisms as those existing in a market oriented activity. Este artículo presenta los principales temas abordados por los economistas de la educación a lo largo de los últimos cincuenta años. Después de recordar brevemente los antecedentes de la disciplina, se describen las aportaciones teóricas y empíricas realizadas a raíz del desarrollo de la teoría del capital humano, que es el fundamento de la economía de la educación. Más allá de los trabajos que tratan de los efectos externos de la educación, el artículo repasa también las principales aportaciones efectuadas en el análisis de los sistemas de enseñanza y en la evaluación de las políticas educativas.

In the present thesis both ab initio and analytical calculations were carried out for thepotential energy, dipole moment and polarizability surfaces of the weakly bound van der Waals complexes CH4-N2 and C2H4-C2H4 for a broad range of intermolecular separations and configurations in the approximation of the rigid interacting molecules. For ab initio calculations the CCSD(T), CCSD(T)-F12 and less computationally expensive methods such as MP2, MP2-F12, SAPT, DFT-SAPT were employed (for all methods the aug-cc-pVTZ basis set was used). Cote interne IREDU :18083; Mis en place en mars 2010, le service civique propose à des jeunes âgés de 16 à 25 ans d'effectuer une mission d'intérêt général non renouvelable de six à douze mois au sein d'une structure à but non lucratif ou auprès d'une personne morale agréée contre une indemnisation d'environ 580 euros (pris en charge par l'Etat à 80 pour cent et par l'organisme d'accueil à 20 pour cent).Cette étude repose sur la réalisation d'une enquête quantitative par questionnaire auprès des volontaires ayant achevé leur mission de service civique en Bourgogne Franche-Comté entre 2010 et 2018.Les résultats de cette étude permettent d'apporter plusieurs éléments de réponse pouvant mener …
