W artykule opisano zmagania górnośląskich nauczycieli w dążeniu do zapewnienia im stabilizacji społeczno-ekonomicznej na przykładzie miasta Bytomia w województwie śląskim. Przedstawiono liczbę protestujących placówek edukacyjnych oraz podano przybliżoną liczbę bytomskich nauczycieli biorących udział w ogólnopolskim zrywie nauczycielskim. Określono ogólne przyczyny niezadowolenia środowiska nauczycielskiego z istniejącej sytuacji w systemie edukacji, mającej bezpośredni wpływ na podjęcie akcji protestacyjnej. International audience; The diamond cone is a combinatorial description for a basis of a natural indecomposable n-module, where n is the nilpotent factor of a complex semisimple Lie algebra g. After N. J. Wildberger who introduced this notion, this description was achieved for g = sl(n) , the rank 2 semisimple Lie algebras and g = sp (2n).In this work, we generalize these constructions to the Lie algebra g = so(2n + 1). The orthogonal semistandard Young tableaux were defined by M. Kashiwara and T. Nakashima, they index a basis for the shape algebra of so(2n + 1). Envelopes for sets and functions II: generalized polarity and conjugacy

International audience; Let X,Y be two nonempty sets, Φ an extended real-valued bivariate coupling function on X × Y and Γ a subset of X × Y. The present paper provides extensions to the well-known generalized Φ-conjugacy and Γ-polarity of diverse results of our previous work [2] related to φ-conjucacy and Λ-polarity, where Λ is a subset of a vector space E and φ is a function on E defining the particular coupling function (x,y)→φ(x−y) on E × E. A particular attention is devoted to the conjugacy functions (resp. polarity sets) which are mutually generating. Finally, for a superadditive conjugacy function Φ, we obtain a full description of the class of Φ-envelopes.
Towards a global view of dynamical systems, for the C1-topology.

This paper suggests a program for getting a global view of the dynamics of diffeomorphisms, from the point of view of the C1-topology. More precisely, given any compact manifold M, one splits Diff1(M) in disjoint C1-open regions whose union is C1-dense, and conjectures state that these open set, and their complement, are characterized by the presence of • either a robust local phenomenon • or a global structure forbiding this local phenomenon. Other conjectures states that some of these regions are empty. This set of conjectures draws a global view of the dynamics, putting in evidence the coherence of the numerous recent results on C1-generic dynamics.

In this paper I want to show, the Antonio Gramsci’s arrangements, Italian Marxist, are very actual analysis of political process and phenomenon, which can be very significant tip and inspiration for the political researchers. The argument of this paper is about a kind of continuity between process of establishing hegemony and notice what the political (beyond the strictly policy). Analyzing this continuity, I want to do some kind of “political science transcription” of Gramsci, which I hope will result in more detailed research. Modelling Quoting in Newswriting : A Framework for Studies on the Production of News

The Mediated Social Communication (MSC) approach considers mass media a venue for opposing and complementary societal groups to publicly negotiate socially relevant topics. This negotiation is conducted through representatives of these groups and mediated by journalists. Inspired by the MSC approach, this paper presents an empirically grounded model that structures the mediating process through the process of quoting. By identifying the key phases of newswriting as sub-processes of quoting, the paper argues that journalists (1) decide on a topical issue to be addressed (topicalisation), (2) identify groups of people who are linked to this issue (societal localisation), (3) pick some people …
