Remote sensing is a key tool for precision agriculture applications as it is capable of capturing spatial and temporal variations in crop status. However, satellites often have an inadequate spatial resolution for precision agriculture applications. High-resolution Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) imagery can be obtained at flexible dates, but operational costs may limit the collection frequency. Video games as a consumer product have changed significantly with the advent of in-game purchasing systems (e.g., microtransactions, ‘loot boxes’). This review examines consumer protections related to in-game purchasing by anticipating some of the potential design strategies that might contribute to higher risk consumer behavior. Attention was directed towards the analysis of patents for potential in-game purchasing systems, with 13 identified on Google Patents. The design features were analysed in relation to the consumer rights and guarantees described in the terms of use agreements of the patent assignees. Many real life problems can be modelled as multiobjective optimization problems. Such problems often consist of multiple conflicting objectives to be optimized simultaneously. Multiple optimal solutions exist to these problems, and a single solution cannot be said to be the best without preferences given by a domain expert. Preferences can be used to find satisfying solutions: optimal solutions, which best match the expert’s preferences. The paper analyses the multiple tax procedures to be developed by the different bodies of the Spanish Tax Authorities (tax management procedures, tax inspection procedures, tax collection and tax penalty procedures) in the case of appreciation of an alleged crime against the Public Treasury. To attain this goal, a study of the new Tax crime configuration after 2012´ criminal reform is carried out, as well as a study of Act 34/2015.

Darba mērķis ir novērtēt redzes asumu un stereoredzi tuvumā un tālumā pacientiem koriģētiem ar brillēm un multifokālajām kontaktlēcām. Mūsu pētījumi parādīja, ka tāluma binokulārais redzes asums visiem pacientiem ir labs – virs 0,95. Tuvuma redzes asums pacientiem koriģētiem ar brillēm ir labāks un pacienti dod priekšroku brillēm. Tuvuma stereoredze noteikta ar Titmusa mušas testu un Titmusa apļu testu pacientiem koriģētiem ar brillēm un kontaktlēcām bija laba. Italy’s presidency of the G20 defied the odds and resulted in costly commitments by the members on a range of issues: global health, climate change, a minimum global tax, and the crisis in Afghanistan. How can we explain this success? Italy’s prime minister, Mario Draghi, and his extensive prior experience and widespread respect was certainly a factor. The global context was also important, with the new Biden administration in the US leading a group of countries seeking multilateral solutions to pressing international problems.
Relationship between Multimorbidity and Quality of Life in a Primary Care Setting: The Mediating Role of Dyspnea

Multimorbidity is known to impair Quality of Life (QoL) in patients in a primary setting. Poor QoL is associated with higher dyspnea perception. How multimorbidity and dyspnea perception are related to QoL needs clarification. The aim of the present study is to evaluate the mediating role of dyspnea perception in the relationship between multimorbidity and QoL in adults with and without airflow obstruction in a primary care setting. Recently, the large-scale reforms of special education have been carried out in many countries. This study focuses on the latest Finnish reform of special education in compulsory education. As principals lead educational reforms in schools, their role in the implementation of reform is significant.
