Šajā maģistra darbā ir apskatīts siltuma pārneses un starojuma pārneses process siltumvadīšanas vienādojumam, ar kuriem tālāk izveidoti matemātiskie modeļi. Vispirms analizē diskrēto Laplasa operatoru siltumvadīšanas vienādojumiem tas attēlots ar grafu palīdzību. Tika izveidoti matemātiskie modeļi diskrētiem gadījumiem ar avota locekļiem un bez tiem un veikti to skaitliskie eksperimenti. Ar Furjē likumu siltuma plūsmai tika veidota diskretizācija no vienas grafa virsotnes uz otru. Pēc tam tiek aplūkots ēnošanas efekts un radiatīvā pārnese un modeļiem veiktas simulācijas ar taišņu metodi programmu paketē MATLAB. This study focused on the battlements of the Tower of Palazzo Alliata Pietratagliata in Palermo, which is one of the most important examples of late medieval civil architecture in Sicily. The battlements are made by biocalcarenite and currently affected by a strong desegregation. Consistency of effect of ezetimibe/simvastatin compared with intensified lipid-lowering treatment strategies in obese and non-obese diabetic subjects

Purpose: This post hoc analysis assessed switching to ezetimibe/simvastatin 10/20 mg vs doubling the baseline statin dose to simvastatin 40 mg or atorvastatin 20 mg or switching to rosuvastatin 10 mg in subgroups of obese (BMI ≥30 kg/m 2 ) and non-obese (BMI <30 kg/m 2 ) diabetic subjects. Methods: This was a randomized, double-blind, 12-week study of adults 18–79 years with cardiovascular disease with low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) ≥70 and ≤160 mg/dl.
