Über die Bildung neuartiger Lysergsäurederivate bei einer Type von Claviceps purpurea Tulasne

Es wird uber Untersuchungen einer besonderen Mutterkorntype berichtet, in der als Lysergsaurederivate drei neuartige Esteralkaloide gefunden und diese teilweise in ihrer Struktur aufgeklart wurden. Aus der Reihe der Clavinbasen konnte nur relativ viel Chanoclavin nachgewiesen werden. Daneben wurden in bestimmten Entwicklungsstadien beachtliche Mengen Tryptophan gefunden. Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse werden hinsichtlich der Biogenese der Mutterkornalkaloide diskutiert.

Nach Zugabe von aromatischen o-Diaminen und o-Aminothiophenol zu Pilzkulturen von Cordyceps militaris und Saccharomyces cerevisiae erfolgte eine Acetylierung am Aminostickstoff durch Acetyl-Coenzym A unter gleichzeitiger Cyclisierung zu 2-Methylbenzimidazolen bzw. 2-Methylbenzthiazol. Es konnte gezeigt werden, das die Acetylierung durch Arylaminacetylase katalysiert wird, wahrend die Cyclisierung infolge der energiereichen Form der Essigsaure spontan erfolgt.

The chemical composition of the essential oils isolated from the aerial parts of Anthemis arvensis L. subsp. arvensis, Anthemis cretica subsp. messanensis (Brullo) Giardina & Raimondo and from flowers and leaves of Anthemis cretica subsp. columnae (Ten.) Frezén were determinated by GC–FID and GC–MS analyses. A survey on IVIVC/IVIVR development in the pharmaceutical industry – Past experience and current perspectives

The present work aimed to describe the current status of IVIVC/IVIVR development in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on the use and perception of specific approaches as well as successful and failed case studies. Two questionnaires have been distributed to 13 EFPIA partners of the Oral Biopharmaceutics Tools Initiative and to the Pharmacokinetics Working Party of the European Medicines Agency in order to capture the perspectives and experiences of industry scientists and agency members, respectively.
