Mainosten representaatiot vaikuttavat käsitykseemme itsestämme ja muista. Vaikka mainontaa on tutkittu laajasti, lapsia ja mainontaa on tutkittu lähinnä siitä näkökulmasta, millaisia mainoksia lapsille on suunnattu tai miten mainonta vaikuttaa lapsiin. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on tarkastella lasten representaatiota aikuisille suunnatuissa mainoksissa. Lisäksi halutaan selvittää ovatko mainokset muuttuneet vuosien aikana. During the period 1995-1999, the Sala Parpalló was located in the Beneficència Cultural Center of Valencia, sharing the place with the spaces of the Museum of Prehistory, the Museum of Ethnology and the IVEI. In the investigation it exposed a technical file for each of the 57 self-produced exhibitions carried out in the period and a selection of the studies that accompanied them: the files are displayed chronologically according to the procedures used. El objetivo de mi tesis doctoral es el estudio de los dominios transmembrana (TMD) de las proteínas de la familia Bcl-2. La principal función de esta familia de proteínas es la regulación del proceso apoptótico (1,2). Para Ello, se establece un balance de interacciones proteína-proteína entre los miembros pro- y antiapoptóticos de esta familia proteica (3,4). The aim of this paper is to enhance understanding of the contradictions that arise in the drive to improve teaching practices among pupils with special educational needs (SENs). A questionnaire was administrated to 167 classroom teachers, subject teachers, special education teachers and teaching assistants in Finland. The analysis, based on thematic coding and analysis of manifestations of contradictions, revealed contradictions related to artefacts of teaching, participation in the community and school staff’s professional ability to teach SEN pupils in mainstream. While interaction of such helices appears to be common, the role of the small residues in mediating and/or stabilizing transmembrane helix oligomers remains mostly elusive. The relationship that the parents have with each other is one of the factors to take into consideration when adopting or not the modality of shared custody and custody after a situation of family crisis. To deny the shared modality if there was no good relationship between the parents was the rule until relatively recent dates. With the entry into force of local laws as well as the change in jurisprudence, the tendency that remains is to consider that it will no longer be enough that there is this bad relationship but will have to be a situation of high confrontation so that this situation may be grounds for denial of the shared custody regime.
