Il saggio cerca di ricostruire le dinamiche familiari di fronte alla scoperta di una/un figlia/o LGBT. Il contributo, nello specifico, intende delineare i processi di reazione a quanto ancora possiamo definire un rapporto di filiazione imprevista, un evento di fatto spiazzante che porta alla ridefinizione degli equilibri famigliari attraverso il diverso ruolo svolto dalle differenze personali (per esempio, il genere dei genitori), socio-culturali e rispetto alle risorse disponibili (reti sociali, strategie di fronteggiamento, ecc.) possedute nel momento in cui la sessualità dei propr* figli* viene socializzata, sospettata, scoperta o appresa da terzi all’interno dei contesti familiari.

Over the past decade, the tumor microenvironment (TME) has become a new paradigm of cancer diagnosis and therapy due to its unique biological features, mainly the interconnection between cancer and stromal cells. Within the TME, cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) demonstrate as one of the most critical stromal cells that regulate tumor cell growth, progression, immunosuppression, and metastasis. CAFs are identified by various biomarkers that are expressed on their surfaces, such as fibroblast activation protein (FAP), which could be utilized as a useful target for diagnostic imaging and treatment. Small-molecule fluorophores enable the observation of biomolecules in their native context with fluorescence microscopy. Specific labeling via bio-orthogonal tetrazine chemistry combines minimal label size with rapid labeling kinetics. At the same time, fluorogenic tetrazine–dye conjugates exhibit efficient quenching of dyes prior to target binding. However, live-cell compatible long-wavelength fluorophores with strong fluorogenicity have been difficult to realize. Here, we report close proximity tetrazine–dye conjugates with minimal distance between tetrazine and the fluorophore. Three species of syringophilid mites (Acari: Syringophilidae) were collected from quills of Aegithalos caudatus (Passeriformes: Aegithalidae) in Poland, Picobia caudati sp. n. from body feathers, Dissonus scirpaceus Skoracki, 1999 from rectrices, and Syringophilopsis aegithali Bochkov et al., 2001 from secondaries.

Resumen: Los jueces asumen una posición sobre qué cuenta o no como derecho cuando resuelven casos. Parece entonces que deberían recibir una buena formación en teoría del derecho, que precisamente intenta ofrecer una respuesta a esa cuestión. En el trabajo analizo las dificultades relativas a la formación de los jueces en teoría del derecho. En la última parte, sostengo que debe formarse a los jueces en diversas teorías del derecho (plausibles) y que las partes del proceso deberían tener una mayor intervención en relación al derecho aplicable.
