Dyskeratosis congenita is a rare genodermatosis, which is characterized by triad of skin pigmentation, nail dystrophy and leukoplakic lesion in the oral cavity. Tarkastelen tutkielmassani asioimistulkin työtä somalinaistulkkien näkökulmasta ja tuon esille heidän omia näkemyksiään työstään kahden kielen ja kulttuurin välissä, joka samalla avaa erilaisia näkymiä suomalaiseen monikulttuuriseen yhteiskuntaan ja sen arkeen. Selvitän, mistä lähtökohdista ja miten naiset ovat päätyneet harjoittamaan tulkin työtä, mistä tulkin arki koostuu ja mitä merkityksiä he työlleen antavat. Asioimistulkin ammatin ollessa Suomessa suhteellisen uusi, esittelen myös asioimistulkkauksen kehitystä ja ammatillistumista. Tutkimuksessa on tarkasteltu Suomessa asuvia ja yhteiskunnallisesti aktiivisia somalinaisia tarkoituksena selvittää, kuinka naisten eri toimintaympäristöt vaikuttavat heidän identiteetteihinsä. Suomalainen yhteiskunta, Suomen somaliyhteisö sekä Somalia/Somalimaa muodostavat ne kolme toimintaympäristöä, joissa naiset toimivat ja joissa heidän identiteettinsä joutuvat kyseenalaistetuiksi. Tässä tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin yhdysvaltalaisen elokuvaohjaajan Terrence Malickin elokuvaa Elämän puu sielunmessun näkökulmasta. Malickin elokuvia on tulkittu usein Martin Heideggerin eksistenssifilosofian sekä elokuvien sisältämien kristillisten aiheiden pohjalta. Tässä tutkielmassa lähtökohtana toimi Malickin Elämän puu -elokuvassa käytetyn musiikin narratiivisuus sekä sen vaikutus elokuvasta tehtävään tulkintaan. Objective: Tumours of the nasal septum are a rare and heterogeneous group of lesions in the sinonasal tract. The management of the different lesions of this site is debated. The aim of this study is to share our experience on a rare clinical condition and stimulate other centres to publish theirs. Methods: We retrospectively analysed the databases of sinonasal tumours treated at the Sections of Otolaryngology (ENT) of two University Hospitals (Palermo and Genova) between 2012 and 2020. Results: From the two databases, a cohort of 32 patients with tumours of nasal septum were selected. All patients underwent an endoscopic examination. Las neuropatías del trigémino de origen tumoral suponen un bajo porcentaje de las neuropatías trigeminales, pero pueden tener muy mal pronóstico. Es importante descartar una neoplasia en los pacientes con adormecimiento en el territorio del trigémino. Presentamos 7 casos de neuropatías trigeminales secundarias a tumores; en 4 existían antecedentes de neoplasias sistémicas previas y en 3 la neuropatía fue el primer signo de la enfermedad tumoral. En tres ocasiones la lesión se localizó en mandíbula, una en base de cráneo, una en troncoencéfalo, una a nivel cerebral y en una no se encontró el nivel lesional. An update of the current knowledge of Anacharis Dalman, 1823 for the Palaearctic and Indomalayan regions is given. The previously known Palaearctic species Anacharis antennata Belizin, 1951, Anacharis eucharoides (Dalman, 1818), Anacharis immunis Walker, 1835 and Anacharis parapsidalis Belizin, 1951 are redescribed. Three new species are described: Anacharis fergussoni sp. nov. from Europe, Anacharis norvegica sp. nov. from Norway and Anacharis belizini sp. nov. from Thailand, the first recorded Indomalayan species for the genus.
