Going Beyond Social Maternage.The Principle Of Brotherhood In The Community Psychology'S Intervention

The aim of this paper is to study in depth some methodological aspects of social interventation, focusing on desirable passage from social maternage method to peer advocacy method. For this purpose, we intend analyze social and organizative components, that affect operator's professional action and that are part of his psychological environment, besides the physical and social one. In fact, operator's interventation should not be limited to a pure supply of techniques, nor to take shape as improvised action, but “full of good purposes".

The Roadmap to Finnish Open Science and Research

Finland published its open science roadmap at the end of November 2014. This roadmap is based on the work of the Open Science and Research Initiative (ATT), a cross-administrative initiative established by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The goal of this initiative is to promote open science and availability of information. Exploration of recent developments of open access in the EU shows that Finland is not among the leading countries in the EU. This paper focuses on the practical action plan of this roadmap and describes how the weakest part of Finnish open science, green open access is to be lifted at international top level. peerReviewed

Il presente lavoro intende esaminare i profili di indipendenza «strutturale» che caratterizzano le autorità amministrative indipendenti al fine di stabilire se le modalità di nomina, l’influenzabilità politica e i termini del mandato dei componenti possono condizionare in maniera significativa il concreto esercizio dei compiti affidati. Nel testo si ricostruisce il regime normativo delle procedure e dei requisiti di nomina degli organi di vertice delle autorità.
