Tässä tutkimuksessa selvitetään rekrytointi- ja henkilöarviointiyritys MindFit Consulting Oy:n työnhakijoista tekemien henkilöanalyysiraporttien, MindFitin henkilöanalyysien, luotettavuutta. Tarkoitus on tutkia, kuinka yhdenmukaisesti analyysien lukijat ymmärtävät analyysien sisällön. Tutkimuksessa luodaan kyselylomake, jonka avulla eri analyysiraportin lukijat pisteyttävät analyysien sisällön. Activation of NF-kappaB and IL-8 by yersinia enterocolitica invasin protein is conferred by engagement of rac1 and MAP kinase cascades.

International audience; Yersinia enterocolitica triggers activation of the nuclear factor (NF)-kappaB and production of the proinflammatory chemokine interleukin (IL)-8 in intestinal epithelial cells. This activation is due to adhesion of the bacteria via their outer membrane protein invasin to the host cells. Using Clostridium difficile toxins that specifically inactivate small GTPases, and transfection of inhibitory proteins of the Rho-GTPases, we demonstrate that Rac1, but not Cdc42 or Rho, is required for activation of NF-kappaB by invasin. Microscale X-ray mapping of CZT arrays: Spatial dependence of amplitude, shape and multiplicity of detector pulses

In this work, we present the results of a microscale X-ray mapping of a 2 mm thick CZT pixel detector, with pixel pitches of 500 μm and 250 μm, using collimated synchrotron X-ray sources at the Diamond Light source (U. K.). The detector is dc coupled to a fast and low noise ASIC (PIXIE ASIC), characterized only by the preamplifier stage. A custom 16-channel digital readout electronics was used, able to perform online fast pulse shape and height analysis (PSHA), with low dead time and reasonable energy resolution at both low and high fluxes. Here we investigate the rational cohomology of the moduli space ℳ̄0,n (ℙr,d) of degree d stable maps from n-pointed rational curves to ℙr. We obtain partial results for small values of d with an inductive method inspired by a paper of Enrico Arbarello and Maurizio Cornalba.

El objeto de estudio de este trabajo pretende aportar algo de información sobre el tratamiento de outliers incorporando la alternativa de transformación 1 t2 .
