Background: Childhood and adolescence mental health needs a proper monitoring. The aim is to estimate behavioral disorders preva- lence in paediatric primary care in the Region of Valencia (Spain) and to describe its distribution according to sex, age and impact areas. Methods: Cross-sectional research. Region of Valencia’s Health Surveillance Network observed along 2009 the behavioral disorders in patients primary health care between 3 and 14 years old. Prevalence and confidence intervals at 95% were calculated. Chi-square test (p<0,05) was calculated to explore the differences in behavioral disorders accor- ding to sex, age and impact areas. Abstract Serpentine muds from South Chamorro Seamount (SCS), drilled during ODP Leg 195 at Site 1200 contain metamafic clasts that experienced blueschist-facies metamorphism (including the critical mineral assemblage pumpellyite – Na-amphibole – epidote). These schists represent fragments from the actual slab–mantle interface at ~ 27 km depth. Their heterogeneous lithology with a metasomatic character indicates significant mobility of major elements in the Mariana forearc, a region of melange formation as it can also be observed in onland exposures such as the Catalina Schist. Acanthus mollis (Acanthaceae), Achillea ligustica, Artemisia arborescens and Inula viscosa (Asteraceae) are used in Southern Italy against psoriasis and other skin diseases that occur with an imbalanced production of eicosanoids. We here assessed their in vitro effects upon 5-, 12-, 15-LOX and COX-1 enzymes as well as NFκB activation in intact cells as their possible therapeutic targets. All methanol crude extracts inhibited both 5-LOX and COX-1 activities under 200 µg/mL, without significant effects on the 12-LOX pathway or any relevant in vitro free radical scavenging activity. In this work, the author studies the satires against the grammarian in Spanish literary texts of the first third of the 17th century, according to the idea of grammar developed by Nebrija and other humanists. Following the negative judgement made by many essay writers in the 16th century, Salas Barbadillo and Quevedo will repeat some specific motives of that criticism, such as the arrogance or the interest in minor features of the texts, compared to the allegedly profound knowledge seeked by theologicians and moral philosophers.
