Genetic and aromatic diversity of the Burgundy truffle

Truffles are ectomycorrhizal Ascomycota fungi belonging to the Tuberaceae family and more specifically to the Tuber genus. More than thirty Tuber species are currently described in Europe. In this thesis, we specifically focused on the Tuber aestivum-uncinatum model. This truffle is commonly called "Burgundy Truffle" and has a gastronomic and cultural interest.The first part of this thesis focused on the taxonomic status of the Burgundy truffle (Tuber uncinatum). For this, we used a multi-marker approach combining several genetic markers commonly used at the interspecific scale. In-store brand experience leverages brand equity and customer equity which are clear value sources for brands (literature review and exploratory studies). The experience quality is linked to its capacity to meet these goals. Compared to generalist distributors and multi-brand experiences, brand stores are dedicated and focused. Ischemic cardiac diseases are the most frequent and deleterious pathologies leading to important cardiovascular-related mortality worldwide. One of the alternative therapies consists to treat these patients using cardiac surgery. Cardiopulmonary bypass was developed to greatly improve this surgical procedure. However, some adverse effects can occur during cardiac surgery associated with cardiopulmonary bypass due to the inflammatory response. ABSTRACT: The drawings that Lorenzo Lotto made for the marquetry of the choir of Santa Maria Maggiore of Bergamo, executed between 1524 and 1532, highlight the special interest in hieroglyphs in Italian art. This article concentrates on the four examples of inlaid work that decorate the exterior facade of the choir, which were crafted based on the drawings of Lotto. The marquetry is analyzed by identifying its textual and visual sources, proposing as well an iconographical interpretation by considering the visual discourse that derives from the work as a whole.

In order to appeal to us and convince us, brand names develop a complex set of rhetorical techniques. Thus, they use various stories illustrating the creation or the evolution of these brand names, along with stories regarding ways of consuming as well as consumers themselves. These brand names also rely on values and use a range of communication techniques in order to adapt to the consumers' degree of approbation.
