Abstract This paper aims at presenting mutations in agriculture occurred in the process of collectivization and privatization of it. In this research, we examine the motives underlying fair trade product purchase through two studies using a means-end methodology. Considering the growth of fair trade product consumption and the expansion of its distribution in two different distribution networks, a first exploratory research has been led. Bakalaura darba tiek pētīti stilistiski līdzekļi ar pārtiku saistītās drukas reklāmās. Reklāma ir īpaši nozīmīga un izplatīta mūsdienu sabiedrībā, tāpat kā nepieciešamība pēc zinātniskiem pētījumiem un izpratne par tās ietekmes sfērām, kas lielā mērā nosaka reklāmas tekstu lingvistiskās un stilistiskās iezīmes.
