AbstractShort peptide sequences from complementarity-determining regions (CDRs) of different immunoglobulins may exert anti-infective, immunomodulatory and antitumor activities regardless of the specificity of the original monoclonal antibody (mAb). In this sense, they resemble early molecules of innate immunity. C36L1 was identified as a bioactive light-chain CDR1 peptide by screening 19 conserved CDR sequences targeting murine B16F10-Nex2 melanoma. The 17-amino acid peptide is readily taken up by melanoma cells and acts on microtubules causing depolymerization, stress of the endoplasmic reticulum and intrinsic apoptosis. Cet article se propose d'étudier les réponses offertes par la politique fiscale en Amérique latine dans la situation actuelle " d'atterrissage en douceur ". En fait, il apparaît que la région est exposée à un risque de choc externe de pays développés et la Chine à un risque politique. Dans ces conditions, la politique fiscale a un rôle important à jouer pour gérer ces risques en se centrant sur ses fonctions de stabilisation et de distribution. En outre, nous proposons un système de plusieurs mesures pour chaque fonction. Enfin, nous démontrons que les pays latino-américains ne souffrent pas de contrainte du financement pour appliquer nos recommandations.
The Effect of Mechanocatalytic Pretreatment on the Structure and Depolymerization of Willow

In this study, the effect of a mechanocatalytic pretreatment on the structure of willow and sugar release from pretreated willow was explored. In the mechanocatalytic approach, the pretreatment consists of solvent-free impregnation with sulfuric acid and a mechanical treatment with ball milling. Willow sawdust and pretreated samples were analyzed with field emission scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The products in the sugar solution were determined as the total reducing sugars with the 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid method and monosaccharides with capillary electrophoresis. Tutkimus käsittelee Keski-Pohjanmaan amerikansiirtolaisuutta vuosina 1893−1945. Keski- Pohjanmaa oli Suomen vilkkainta siirtolaisseutua. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on ollut selvittää, millä volyymilla Keski-Pohjanmaan kunnista muutettiin. Suomen virallisen tilaston perusteella on selvitetty jokaisen kunnat vuosittaiset lähtijämäärät. Tilastojen kertoman mukaan Keski- Pohjanmaan alueelta on hahmotettu voimakkaan ja heikon siirtolaisuuden alueet.
