Maģistra darbā pētīts Satversmes 111.panta garantētā „medicīniskās palīdzības minimuma” tiesiskais un faktiskais ietvars, kā arī analizēts, vai valsts savus pienākumus šajā jomā pilda maksimāli ievērojot tiesiskuma, vienlīdzības un diskriminācijas aizlieguma principu, lai ikviens, neatkarīgi no tā materiālā vai fiziskā stāvokļa, varētu baudīt valsts garantēto „medicīniskās palīdzības minimumu”. Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darba samaksa kā darbinieku motivācijas elements”. Tika pētīta darba algas un nodokļu ietekme uz darbinieku motivāciju, tika secināts, ka ar sabalansētu darba algas sistēmu un individuālu pieeju ir iespējams palielināt darbinieku efektivitāti. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt kā darba samaksa un tās nodokļi ietekmē darba ņēmēju produktīvu rīcību jeb motivāciju. This article aims to show the potential of a new method of studying assemblages of metallic artefacts, based on the counting of the minimum number of individuals represented. After describing the method, it is applied to the artefacts from the sanctuary at La Villeneuve-au-Chatelot (Aube).

The paper is devoted to the formulation of an optimal design (minimum volume) problem of elastic perfectly plastic structures subjected to suitable combinations of static (fixed) and dynamic (seismic) loads. Tämä tutkielma kokoaa yhteen pankkeja nykyisin velvoittavat pääomien määrään ja maksuvalmiuteen sekä rahoitukseen liittyvät sääntelyt. Tutkielman tavoitteena on saada vastaus kysymykseen: Miten pankin tulee huomioida pankkisääntely pääoman ja varainhankinnan rakenteessaan? Tutkielman alussa esitellään pankkitoimintaa yleisesti ja siihen liittyviä optimointiongelmia. Pankkien kannalta optimaalinen pääomarakenne poikkeaa sosiaalisesti optimaalisesta ja tätä varten pankkisääntelyä tarvitaan. Tra questi, la segmentazione delle categorie e la frammentazione delle rappresentanze hanno contribuito alla proliferazione dei contratti disponibili, divenuti oggetto di una vera e propria competizione al ribasso. Charged jet cross sections and properties in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=7$ TeV

The differential charged jet cross sections, jet fragmentation distributions, and jet shapes are measured in minimum bias proton-proton collisions at centre-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s}=7$ TeV using the ALICE detector at the LHC. Jets are reconstructed from charged particle momenta in the mid-rapidity region using the sequential recombination $k_{\rm T}$ and anti-$k_{\rm T}$ as well as the SISCone jet finding algorithms with several resolution parameters in the range $R=0.2$ to $0.6$. Differential jet production cross sections measured with the three jet finders are in agreement in the transverse momentum ($p_{\rm T}$) interval $20<p_{\rm T}^{\rm jet,ch}<100$ GeV/$c$.
