Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Izglītības Tautas komisariāta lomu mākslas sovjetizācijā no 1940. gada 17. jūnija līdz 1941.gada 1. jūlijam, skaidrojot komisariāta darbības virzienus un analizējot lēmumus, kas attiecas uz kultūras un mākslas reorganizāciju. Padomju varai ienākot Latvijā visa lēmējvara nonāca valsts institūciju rokās, kas nozīmēja pilnīgu kultūras un mākslas sfēras valstiskošanu. Ethical Considerations in Crowdfunding

AbstractThe current chapter addresses ethical issues in crowdfunding practice from a multiple stakeholder perspective. It draws on ethical principles outlined in both classical and business-specific approaches. The discussion first presents classical approaches to ethical decision making. It then discusses whether crowdfunding presents an ethical solution or a source of ethical problems. Later, it suggests a framework presenting a classification of potential ethical dilemmas and pitfalls in crowdfunding practice, as well as potential means for addressing them. The discussion concludes with concrete implications for crowdfunding ethics research and practice.

The complexity of forward kinematic modelling increases with the increase in the degrees of freedom for a manipulator. To reduce the computational weight and time lag for desired output transformation, this paper proposes a forward kinematic model mapped with the help of the Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN) architecture tuned by a novel meta-heuristic algorithm, namely, the Cooperative Search Optimisation Algorithm (CSOA). The architecture presented is able to automatically learn the kinematic properties of the manipulator. AbstractThis article deals with the transfer between Keplerian coplanar orbits using low propulsion. We focus on the energy minimization problem and compute the averaged system, proving integrability and relating the corresponding trajectories to a three-dimensional Riemannian problem that is analyzed in details. The geodesics provide approximations of the extremals of the energy minimization problem and can be used in order to evaluate the optimal trajectories of the time optimal and the minimization of the consumption problems with continuation methods.
