Occurring worldwide, blooms of Raphidiopsis raciborskii threaten the use of water resources especially in tropical and subtropical waterbodies. Its high flexibility in the uses of light and macronutrients (C, N, P) frustrates any bloom prediction and control based on macronutrients regulation. The influence of 50 Hz sinusoidal magnetic field on physico-chemical properties of water was studied. Tanks with distilled water (120 mL) were individually exposed to action of homogenous 50 Hz magnetic fields, using a Helmholtz coils system. For magnetically exposure have been used different values of magnetic flux density (between 1 and 5 mT) and different durations of exposure (between 5 and 240 minutes). By means of this experimental study the physico-chemical properties of exposed water samples compared with the control ones have explored. ABSTRACT Background Tumours of the central nervous system (CNS) account for 15–20% of all malignant childhood tumours in developed countries. Steady improvement of survival of children with CNS tumours has been reported for the past decades. However, these results, obtained by cohort analysis of survival, do not reflect the full extent of recent improvement. El artículo plantea la interpretación de las esculturas de Picasso en la época del estilo rosa a través de documentos y fuentes que hasta ahora no se habían relacionado. Esto en dos sentidos, el que corresponde a los novedosos y sorprendentes desarrollos formales y el relativo a los contenidos. En cuanto a las formas, Picasso aceptó la influencia del arte griego clásico como una referencia primitiva sobre la que operó con libertad en dos niveles, la creatividad técnica y el proceso intelectivo de síntesis que lo condujo al cubismo. Respecto de los contenidos, destaca la identificación de los personajes y las acciones o estados en los que los representó. (A)
