Sebbene molto spesso le persone con disabilità debbano accontentarsi di vivere parzialmente alcune esperienze, da diversi anni è aumentata l’attenzione dei siti museali verso la realizzazione di progetti e percorsi dedicati che consentano una fruizione tattile di opere e manufatti ai disabili visivi. The crater lake of Ilamatepec (Santa Ana) volcano, El Salvador: insights into lake gas composition and implications for monitoring

We here present the first chemical characterization of the volcanic gas plume issuing from the Santa Ana crater lake, a hyper-acidic crater lake (pH of − 0.2 to 2.5) in north-western El Salvador. Our results, obtained during regular surveys in 2017 and 2018 using a Multi-GAS instrument, demonstrate a hydrous gas composition (H2O/SO2 ratios from 32 to 205) and SO2 as the main sulfur species (H2S/SO2 = 0.03–0.1). We also find that gas composition evolved during our investigated period, with the CO2/SO2 ratio decreasing by one order of magnitude from March 2017 (37.2 ± 9.7) to November 2018 (< 3). Here we investigate the rational cohomology of the moduli space ℳ̄0,n (ℙr,d) of degree d stable maps from n-pointed rational curves to ℙr. We obtain partial results for small values of d with an inductive method inspired by a paper of Enrico Arbarello and Maurizio Cornalba.

Konemusiikkikulttuurissa ilmenevää yhteisöllisyyttä on tutkittu Suomessa melko vähän. Tutkimuksessani olen pyrkinyt selvittämään kuinka konemusiikin harrastajat kokevat yhteisöllisyyden sekä kuinka yhteisöllisyys ilmenee ja miten sitä ylläpidetään. Kyseessä oli kvalitatiivinen eli laadullinen tutkimus. Toteutin tutkimuksen survey-tutkimuksena teemahaastattelun muodossa, jota varten haastattelin kahta konemusiikin harrastajaa sähköpostitse. Haastateltavien kertomusten perusteella yhteisöllisyys koetaan yhteenkuuluvuuden tunteena, yhdessä tekemisen ja välittämisenä kautta sekä hyvänä olona ja ilmapiirinä. Balancing food, activity and the dangers of sunlit nights

Living in northern latitudes poses challenges to the animals that live in those habitats. The harsh environment provides a short breeding season where the sunlit summer nights provide little reprieve from visibility to predators and increased risk. In this paper, we tested the activity and food choice patterns of bank voles Myodes glareolus in early spring season, categorized by 18 h of daylight and 6 h of dusk in every day cycle. We found that territorial females showed a less predictable pattern of activity than males that were most active during the hours of dusk. Background: Structured reporting (SR) in oncologic imaging is becoming necessary and has recently been recognized by major scientific societies. The aim of this study was to build MRI-based structured reports for rectal cancer (RC) staging and restaging in order to provide clinicians all critical tumor information. Materials and Methods: A panel of radiologist experts in abdominal imaging, called the members of the Italian Society of Medical and Interventional Radiology, was established.
