Settings-based approaches have become an increasing health promotion focus since the World Health Organization’s 1986 Ottawa Charter. While schools, cities, and prisons have implemented this approach, its development within sports environments is recent. Sports are a popular leisure-time activity, requiring validated tools to measure health promotion activity. The purpose of the study was to describe the supervisors’ action in the support of changing one’s living habits in two weight management groups in the type 2 diabetes prevention program. The data consists of 17 video-recorded 90-minute “Small decision a day” weight management group counselling sessions of two groups with 10 and 20 participants in the years 2004-2005. The supervisors’ talk was analyzed with the deductive analysis from five teaching perspectives including theirs beliefs, intentions and actions. Fruit and vegetable intake is insufficient in industrialized nations and long-haul heavy goods vehicle (HGV) drivers are considered a particularly at-risk group. The aim of the current study was to test the effectiveness of a multi-theory, dual-phase model to predict fruit and vegetable consumption in Australian long-haul HGV drivers. Il saggio analizza un'ampia rassegna di manufatti tessili, in gran parte inediti, reperiti nelle chiese di Petralia Soprana. Viene esaminato nella sua totalità il patrimonio di paramenti sacri custodito negli edifici sacri della cittadina Madonita, collezione di abiti liturgici prodotta in un arco temporale che va dalla metà del XVI al XIX secolo. Il consistente numero di opere seriche analizzate, sia prodotte a telaio, che ornate con preziosi ricami, ha permesso la realizzazione di un nutrito repertorio di moduli decorativi.

It is very important to detect and correct faults for ensuring the validity and reliability of these circuits. In this regard, a comparative study with related existing techniques is undertaken. Two techniques to achieve the testability of reversible circuits are introduced that have been improved in terms of quantum cost and fault coverage rate. Considering this aspect, the main focus of these techniques is on the efficient detection and location of faults with 100% accuracy. The recent decision to convert the Benedictine Dormitory in Monreale into an exhibition site offers the opportunity to enjoy the whole monumental complex where the wonderful cloister is the core attraction. It is on this site that the Norman Cathedral stands, brightly decorated with golden mosaics. The new exhibition has gathered together the artworks from the ruined abbey of Santa Maria del Bosco in Calatamauro and added them to the artefacts already exhibited at the Diocesan Museum.
