Visuaaliset resurssit suomi toisena kielenä -oppitunneilla : multimodaalinen näkökulma

Oppimateriaaleilla ja muilla luokassa käytetyillä resursseilla on suuri vaikutus siihen, millaiseksi oppimisympäristö muotoutuu ja millaista toimintaa se mahdollistaa. Useat kansainväliset tutkimukset ovat osoittaneet, että visuaalisten ja multimodaalisten resurssien hyödyntäminen kielen opetuksessa auttaa rakentamaan oppimisympäristöä, joka on pedagogisesti rikas, motivoiva sekä monipuolisia oppimisprosesseja tukeva. Redzes asuma treniņu efektivitāte

Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts angļu valodā uz 27. lappasspusēm, satur 12 attēlus, 1. tabulu un tajā ir atsauksmes uz 21. literatūras avotu. Darba mērķis ir novērtēt redzes asumu uzlabojošo treniņu efektivitāti. Viens no iemesliem pazeminātai redzei var būt palielināta tuvuma slodze, kā arī pazeminātas spējas veikt dažādus vizuālos uzdevumus. Trenējot šīs spējas, redzes sistēma labāk pielāgojas palielinātai tuvuma slodzei. Pētījumā piedalījās 24 bērni, kuriem tika doti dažādi redzes treniņi 3 mēnešu periodā. Visual distraction by secondary in-car tasks is a major contributing factor in traffic incidents. In-car user interface design may mitigate these negative effects but to accomplish this, design factors’ visual distraction potential should be better understood. The effects of touch screen size, user interface design, and subtask boundaries on in-car task's visual demand and visual distraction potential were studied in two driving simulator experiments with 48 participants. Negative emotional state modulates visual working memory in the late consolidation phase

Although a considerable literature has grown up around the interactions between emotional state and visual working memory (VWM) performance, the mechanism underlying the impact of the negative emotional state on VWM remains unclear. The present study aimed to test whether the influence of emotional state is related to the early phase or late phase of VWM consolidation process. Across three experiments, we found that the negative emotional state did not affect VWM performance when the presentation time of stimuli was short. Lukiolaisten oppiminen infograafien avulla

Tässä tutkimuksessa selvitettiin, onko infograafien käyttäminen oppimateriaalina yhteydessä parempiin oppimistuloksiin. Infograafi on multimodaalinen tekstilaji, joka toimii itsenäisenä tekstinä. Tutkimuksessa keskityttiin staattisena eli liikkumattomana infograafina toteutetun oppimateriaalin käyttöön. Vertailukohteena käytettiin kirjoitettua tekstiä. Tutkimuksen kohdejoukkona olivat lukiolaiset (n=45), jotka jaettiin satunnaisesti infograafiryhmään (n=22) ja vertailuryhmään (n=23).
