Tutkielmassa selvitetään, millaisia velvoitteen ilmaisemisen ja sävyttämisen keinoja aikuiset suomenoppijat käyttävät kirjoitetuissa viesteissä ja mielipideteksteissä Eurooppalaisen viitekehyksen (EVK 2003) taitotasoilla. Lisäksi tutkitaan, millaiset tekijät vaikuttavat ilmaisukeinojen ja sävyttäjien kontekstiin sopivuuteen, kun huomioidaan kumppanuus- ja kompetenssikasvojen säilyttäminen vuorovaikutuksellisina tavoitteina (ks. esim. A time estimation task as a possible measure of emotions: difference depending on the nature of the stimulus used

Objective: Time perception is fundamental for human experience. A topic which has attracted the attention of researchers for long time is how the stimulus sensory modality (e.g., images vs. sounds) affects time judgments. However, so far, no study has directly compared the effect of two sensory modalities using emotional stimuli on time judgments. Methods: In the present two studies, healthy participants were asked to estimate the duration of a pure sound preceded by the presentation of odors vs. emotional videos as priming stimuli (implicit emotion-eliciting task). Se presentan cinco estudios relacionados con los efectos que producen las aberraciones oculares monocromáticas en distintos aspectos del funcionamiento del sistema ocular. En el primero se hace uso de un sistema de óptica adaptativa para simular la óptica ocular durante la acomodación en un ojo con la acomodación paralizada y poder así estimar la profundidad de campo del ojo durante la acomodación. Los resultados muestran que dicha profundidad varía poco durante la acomodación, y el sistema visual hace uso de ella para acomodar lo menos posible para estímulos cercanos. Modal Consequence Relations Extending S4.3: An Application of Projective Unification

We characterize all finitary consequence relations over $\mathbf{S4.3}$ , both syntactically, by exhibiting so-called (admissible) passive rules that extend the given logic, and semantically, by providing suitable strongly adequate classes of algebras. This is achieved by applying an earlier result stating that a modal logic $L$ extending $\mathbf{S4}$ has projective unification if and only if $L$ contains $\mathbf{S4.3}$ . In particular, we show that these consequence relations enjoy the strong finite model property, and are finitely based. Research on embodied aspects of clinical encounters is growing, but discussion on the premises of including embodied variables in empirical research is scarce. Studies have repeatedly demonstrated that embodied aspects of psychotherapy interaction are vital in developing a therapeutic alliance, and these should be considered to better understand the change process in psychotherapy. However, the field is still debating which methods should be used and which features of the embodied aspects are relevant in the clinical context.
