Equivalent Circuit Modelling of Ferrite Inductors Losses

The modelling of the magnetic losses in the core of ferrite inductors for power conversion circuits has been considered in this paper. On the basis of the Revised Generalized Steinmetz Model (RGSE) an equivalent circuital modelling has been obtained. The losses are modelled as an equivalent resistance connected in parallel to the inductor. The model has been tested under periodic triangular current waveforms.

We present TEOBResumS, a new effective-one-body (EOB) waveform model for nonprecessing (spin-aligned) and tidally interacting compact binaries.Spin-orbit and spin-spin effects are blended together by making use of the concept of centrifugal EOB radius. The point-mass sector through merger and ringdown is informed by numerical relativity (NR) simulations of binary black holes (BBH) computed with the SpEC and BAM codes. An analysis of model predictive control with integral action applied to digital displacement cylinders

This article aims to analyze Model Predictive Control (MPC) for the control of multi-chamber cylinders. MPC with and without integral action has been introduced. Three different algorithms have been used to solve the optimization problem in the MPC. The different algorithms have been compared with an industrial solver. The influence of changing mass, choosing a different middle line pressure, system delays, signal noise, velocity estimation, and changing pressure levels has been investigated. Il volume riguarda l'analisi grafica e il ridisegno dei padiglioni dei tipi collettivi presentati alla quinta Triennale di Milano del 1933. Dall'esiguo repertorio grafico e fotografico si sono ricavate tutte le rappresentazioni relative ad alcuni padiglioni. I disegni inediti realizzati permettono di dare ulteriori contributi alla critica e inoltre di mettere in luce l'attività di alcuni protagonisti "minori" del razionalismo italiano.
