Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli tuottaa tietoa uudesta nuorisotyön työmuodosta, kotinuorisotyöstä. Työmuotoa kokeillaan nuorille maahanmuuttajanaisille ja -tytöille suunnatussa Polku kotiin -projektissa. Projektin tavoitteena on viedä nuorisotyön palveluja nuorten kotiympäristöön. Kohderyhmänä ovat vapaa-aikansa pääasiassa kotona viettävät nuoret maahanmuuttajanaiset ja -tytöt. Tutkimusaineisto koostui projektin työntekijöiden kirjoittamista viikkokirjoista. Analysoin sisällönanalyysia hyödyntäen neljän henkilön viikkokirjat vuoden 2014 ajalta. This article offers a dialogical exploration of student teachers’ reflections on notions of insideness and outsideness, the focal themes of an Erasmus+ ten-day intensive programme (IP). The arts-based, interdisciplinary IP involved 32 student participants and twelve members of staff from eight European universities hosted by the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. The data for this paper are based on the final written essays of student participants as they reflected on their understanding of outsideness and insideness at the end of the IP. Tässä raportissa tarkastellaan Kansallisen koulutuksen arviointikeskuksen (Karvin) toteuttaman kansallisen arvioinnin tuloksia perusopetukseen valmistavan opetuksen ja oppilaan oman äidinkielen opetuksen tilasta ja vaikuttavuudesta. Arviointi kohdistuu erityisesti opetuksen tavoitteiden toteutumiseen ja opetuksen järjestämistapoihin. Lisäksi selvitetään opetusta ja oppimista edistäviä ja estäviä tekijöitä. Arviointi tuottaa tietoa hallituksen Oikeus oppia -kehittämisohjelmaan. AbstractThe aim of this article is to investigate how and what kinds of relational and shared practices were co-created within a multicultural team in a higher education collaborative learning environment. The students interacted while working towards the shared goal of co-constructing knowledge. The study provides insight into how student teams can actively build collaboration in learning spaces through manifesting relational leadership. Immigration numbers in Finland are growing, more than doubling in the past decade, with immigrants arriving from increasingly diverse regions of the world. An attempt should be made to understand what are the factors that lead immigrants to finding happiness, and to mitigate the apparent rise in assimilation and anti-immigrant attitude in Finland. Most of the interviewees (n=16; 7 females, 9 males) have embedded themselves in dispersed communities, with connections from the workplace, studies, or common interests (e.g., religion, hobbies) that rarely including their immediate neighbors.
