Éthique, marché et gouvernance : espace discrétionnaire et responsabilité sociale des grandes entreprises

The competition imperfection and the market inefficiency introduce a discretionary space in the decision process inside bigfirms. Incentive theories, dedicated to the mechanisms used to align the top executives' interests with the shareholders' interests, try to control this discretionary space for the benefit of the market value maximization. An approach oriented toward the stakeholders can move the focus to the positive effects of this discretionary space by opening it to the ethic values. Today, these ethic values seem to apply in two complementary aspects: the transparency in the reporting of accounts, acts and decisions, and the social responsibility toward all the stakeholders.

Pourtant, et les difficultés auxquelles sont confrontées les éducateurs le montrent assez bien, les questions éthiques sont délicates à définir : l’éthique implique de s’appliquer ou de faire appliquer des règles, mais ne dit rien sur la nature de ces règles. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää, mitkä asiat vaikuttavat englanninopettajien työtyytyväisyyteen ja -tyytymättömyyteen ja miten englanninopettajien mukaan työtyytyväisyyttä voitaisiin kehittää. Aineisto kerättiin haastattelemalla yhdeksää alakoulun, yläkoulun sekä lukion englanninopettajaa. Haastattelut toteutettiin nauhoitettuina puolistrukturoituina teemahaastatteluina, jotka litteroitiin. Aineisto analysoitiin teemoittelemalla. Opettajien työkokemusten määrät vaihtelivat suuresti, mikä teki aineistosta moninaisen. Tulokset osoittivat, että englanninopettajat ovat pääsääntöisesti tyytyväisiä työhönsä. Introducción: El tumor vesical urotelial papilar sin invasión de la muscular propia (TVU NoMinv) es uno de los tumores urológicos más frecuentes. A pesar del tratamiento, presenta una elevada tasa de recidiva y progresión. El hallazgo de factores pronósticos que nos indiquen su comportamiento clínico es fundamental para estratificar riesgos y ayudar al diseño de una estrategia terapéutica. Las variables anatomoclínicas clásicamente utilizadas no son del todo precisas en la evaluación pronóstica.
