Lasten leiriryhmän ryhmäprosessi ja sen ohjaaminen

Pro gradu -tutkimuksessamme tutkimme lasten leiriryhmien ryhmäprosesseja ja niiden eri vaiheita. Tutkimuksemme teoriapohjana toimii Tuckmanin (1965) malli, jonka mukaan ryhmäprosessi käsittää viisi eri vaihetta: ryhmän muotoutuminen, kuohunta, yhteistoiminnan syntyminen, kypsä toiminta ja ryhmän hajoaminen. Tutkimuksella tahdoimme selvittää, toteutuvatko nämä vaiheet myös lyhytkestoisissa lapsiryhmissä. Tämän lisäksi tutkimme ryhmäprosessin aikana ilmeneviä haasteita ohjaajien näkökulmasta sekä keinoja, joilla näihin haasteisiin pyritään vastaamaan. Trait emotional intelligence, self-reported affect, and salivary alpha-amylase on working days and a non-working day

his study examined the relationship between trait emotional intelligence (EI) and variation in psychological (positive affect: PA, negative affect: NA) and psychophysiological (salivary alpha-amylase: sAA) indicators among Japanese employees over 3 consecutive days (working day 1, non-working day, working day 2). The analyses revealed that higher trait EI was associated across the days with higher PA, but not with NA. Moreover, diurnal sAA levels were lower in the high trait EI group than in the low trait EI group on the intervening non-working day, and this difference between the EI groups continued to show a tendency to significance on working day 2. International audience; The present study aimed at (1) identifying the emotion regulation processes that can explain the trait hedonism positive emotions relationship, and (2) determining whether this relationship varies according to which part of the distribution of positive emotions is considered. To this end, the intensity of the positive emotions felt by 84 adult participants, and the intensity of their engagement in savoring, were assessed twice a day over a month period, using an Experience Sampling Method. La educación emocional y la autoestima son esenciales para el desarrollo integral de los niños y niñas, por ello son necesarios programas educativos eficaces en la escuela a edades tempranas. El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática es analizar las intervenciones que trabajan el fomento de la autoestima existentes en el ámbito de la Educación Infantil y Educación Primaria, y examinar cuál de ellas resultan más efectivas. Enjoyment is among the achievement emotions encountered in school and university settings. While often identified with a sense of belonging not necessarily connected with learning (Lumby, 2011), foreign language enjoyment (FLE) in SLA has been found to correlate with teachers’ professional and affective skills, and the existence of a supportive peer group. The risk involved with meeting the challenges of the SLA process induces both private and social feelings of FLE (Dewaele & MacIntyre, 2016).
