Shellfishes can concentrate pollutants and have some adverse effects on human health through the food chain. Despite the strengthening of food safety rules, the involvement of chemical pollution of food on metabolic disorders is not known. Im Mittelpunkt des Beitrags steht die Frage nach der linguistischen Dimension der Fachsprachenvermittlung. Gezeigt wird, dass die linguistische Aufbereitung authentischer, u.U. komplexer Fachtexte der gleichzeitigen Vermittlung von fachlichen Grundbegriffen und Fachsprache dienen kann. Dem Zusammenspiel zwischen Mikro- und Makroebene entsprechend erfolgt die Analyse auf textlinguistischem und kognitiv-semantischem Niveau.

No large-scale study of Bronze Age swords moulds currently exists. This is yet a key element in order to be able to discuss the potential production areas locations, question often tackled since more than a half century in the archaeological literature dedicated to these weapons. Regional studies will first allow us to produce an inventory of these moulds in Europe. This is an essential condition to a further discussion on the swords production techniques through the study of the most direct witnesses of their fabrication. Distribution maps then enable a study of the potential regions these swords were produced in. We notice this way that a huge contrast exists between the very few moulds i…

Des vestiges de consommation de sel sur le site laténien de Brebières « Les Béliers » (Pas-de-Calais)

Le site de Brebières « Les Béliers » (Pas-de-Calais) a fait l'objet d'une opération de diagnostic couvrant une surface de 60 ha aboutissant à la fouille d'une superficie de 17 ha. Celle-ci a donné lieu à la découverte d'une vingtaine d'enclos fossoyés dont la datation s'échelonne de La Tène C à La Tène D. Près de 2 000 fragments de moules à sel, pour un poids d'environ 6 kg, ont été mis au jour. Implanté à une centaine de kilomètres des côtes et à une vingtaine de kilomètres d'Arras (fig. 1), l'absence de toute trace d'artisanat du sel exclut cependant la possibilité d'un atelier de saunier. Ce site constitue l'un des principaux témoins de la consommation de sel dans le Nord de la France.
