Opinion dynamics and stubbornness through mean-field games

2013

This paper provides a mean field game theoretic interpretation of opinion dynamics and stubbornness. The model describes a crowd-seeking homogeneous population of agents, under the influence of one stubborn agent. The game takes on the form of two partial differential equations, the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation and the Kolmogorov-Fokker-Planck equation for the individual optimal response and the population evolution, respectively. For the game of interest, we establish a mean field equilibrium where all agents reach epsilon-consensus in a neighborhood of the stubborn agent's opinion.

International audience; The objective of this paper is to describe and validate a multi-agent architecture proposed to control RFID Cyber-Physical Robotic Systems. This environment may contain human operators, robots (mobiles, manipulators, mobile manipulators, etc.), places (workrooms, walls, etc.) and other objects (tables, chairs, etc.). This paper aims to achieve an overall picture of the absorption rate of European funds in Romania for the 2007-2013 programming period and to propose a series of recommendations on the steps our country needs to follow in order to improve the process of accessing and implementation of structural instruments at national level. These recommendations focus on preventing obtaining a low rate of absorption of EU funds allocated to Romania in the multiannual financial framework 2014-2020 , thus preventing wastage prospects of economic and social modernization , that these funds offer.
