Existence and multiplicity of solutions for non linear elliptic Dirichlet systems
2012
The existence and multiplicity of solutions for systems of nonlinear elliptic equations with Dirichlet boundary conditions is investigated. Under suitable assumptions on the potential of the nonlinearity, the existence of one, or two, or three solutions is established. Our approach is based on variational methods.
Ordinary (p_1,...,p_m)-Laplacian system with mixed boundary value
2016
In this paper we prove the existence of multiple weak solutions for an ordinary mixed boundary value system with (p_1,...,p_m)-Laplacian by using recent results of critical points.

Single tube real time PCR for detection of Streptococcus pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydophila pneumoniae and Legionella pneumophila from …
2012
We designed a multiplex real time PCR for rapid, sensitive and specific detection of Streptococcus pneumoniae, Legionella pneumophila, Chlamydophila pneumoniae and Mycoplasma pneumoniae. The study cases consisted of 129 patients with community acquired pneumonia (CAP). Bacteriological techniques were implemented for detection of the cultivable organisms. DNA were extracted from sputa, throat swabs, bronchoalveolar lavages and tracheal aspirates and used as templates in real time PCR. The primers and probes were designed for cbpA (S. pneumoniae), p1adhesin (M. pneumoniae), mip (L. pneumophila) and ompA (C. pneumoniae). After optimization of real time PCR for every organism, the experiments w…

Multiple Congenital Colonic Stenosis: Case Report and Review of the Literature
2015
Congenital malformations affecting the colon are rare pediatric conditions often presenting as obstruction. Colonic atresia accounts for 5-‐10% of atresia in newborns, stenosis is even more rare.Since 1968, only 16 cases of CCS have been reported in literature (Table 1). Because of the rarity of the disease, little is known about this uncommon condition and management is still controversial. We present a case of multiple congenital colonic stenosis and review the literature with a special focus on management of CCS. To the authors' knowledge, multiple congenital colonic stenosis has not been reported previously in the literature.
