Innledning Innføring av telemedisinske tjenester har vist seg å være komplekse, fordi det i en telemedisinsk innovasjon utvikles nye tjenester, prosesser og organisasjonsformer. Det er forsket mye på slike innføringer på sykehus, men vi vet lite om hvordan dette foregår i norske kommuner. Derfor har vår problemstilling vært: Hvordan foregår innføring av telemedisinske tjenester i norske kommuner? Materiale og metode For å besvare problemstillingen har vi brukte en kvalitativ metode med fire fokusgruppeintervju med 24 informanter fra 21 kommuner i tre helseregioner. In the last decades, the dwindling of the fossil sources of energy coupled with the growth of energy demand and of waste production prompted the research in developing novel industrial technologies for renewable energy production and waste valorization. Hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) is a good alternative to transform wet biomasses as microalgae, macroalgae, agricultural residues, food waste, and municipal sludge (MS) into value-added products with high efficiency and decreasing the amounts that has to be disposed of. Urban growth, jointed to technical networks, contributes to human pressure on water resources. In the meantime, the water French policy put management of urban development in accordance with catchments and hydrologic dynamics; that makes districts and intermunicipal groupings adopt new areas and action systems. The urban area of Dijon is located in three catchments and above a wide groundwater. This case shows urban water management gives greater place to precariousness and common character of water resources, even if institutional responses mainly concern town planning regulation.

Background and aims: Lower occupational class correlates with a higher disability risk later in life. However, it is not clear whether the demands made by mental and physical work relative to individual resources in midlife predict well-being in old age. This study investigated prospectively whether work ability in midlife predicts disability severity in activities of everyday living in old age.
