The subject of this PhD dissertation is the historical reconstructions films produced in Romania under communist rule and more precisely between 1960 and 1989. L’article explore, dans le cadre des mobilisations écologistes de défense de lieux non-urbanisés (terres agricoles, forêt, parc paysager), les différentes façons dont les militants écologistes conçoivent le droit et leur droit à l’espace qu’ils défendent, ce que recoupe ce droit et quelles conceptions de la nature et du sol le sous-tendent. Dans un deuxième temps, il s’agit de montrer comment ces conceptions imprègnent la lutte sur le plan juridique, dans le contexte d’une enquête ethnographique menée dans les audiences au tribunal qui opposent des collectifs écologistes aux différents aménageurs d’un site.
