Bakalaura darba Nakts un rītausma Vergilija eposā Aineida mērķis ir izpētīt un novērtēt nakts un rītausmas laika apzīmējumu jēdzienisko nozīmi un lingvostilistisko izmantojumu Vergilija eposā. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika aplūkotas gan antīko, gan mūsdienu teorētiķu atziņas par episkās dzejas iezīmēm, kā arī laika aspektu episkajā dzejā. Darba autors pētīja gan hronoloģiskus, gan metaforiskus nakts aprakstus. Pētot rītausmu, tika akcentēts gan leksēmas dies izmantojums saistībā ar rītausmu, gan Auroras atainojums. Gaismas piesārņojums mūsdienās tiek uzskatīts par vienu no visstraujāk augošajiem vides piesārņojuma veidiem, kam piemīt negatīva ietekme gan uz apkārtējo vidi, gan cilvēka labklājību. Tomēr Latvijā gaismas piesārņojums joprojām ir relatīvi mazizpētīts jautājums. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot antropogēni radītā gaismas piesārņojuma līmeni divās Rīgas pieostas apkaimju – Vecmīlgrāvja un Sarkandaugavas – pilotteritorijās diennakts tumšajā laikā. The olfactostriatum is a portion of the basal ganglia of snakes situated ventromedially to the nucleus accumbens proper. It receives a major vomeronasal input from the nucleus sphericus, the primary target of accessory olfactory bulb efferents. Recently, the ophidian olfactostriatum has been characterized on the basis of chemoarchitecture (distribution of serotonin, neuropeptide Y and tyrosine hydroxylase) and hodology (afferent and efferent connections). This manuscript presents the generation of complex rogue waves related to nonlinear instabilities occurring through the propagation of light in standard optical fibers. Linear and nonlinear physical phenomena involved are first listed, in particular some of them by analogy with the field of hydrodynamics. The different forms of rogue waves induced by the modulation instability process are then presented. They are also known as "breathers", and they are obtained by solving the nonlinear Schrödinger equation. As many European countries have language proficiency requirements for obtaining citizenship, language testing is a possible source of social inequality. The ‘Broken Finnish’ project has been set up to ensure test fairness by addressing the proficiency rating in the National Certificates of Language Proficiency (NCLP) test for Finnish in Finland, with a special focus on perceptions of pronunciation and ‘accent’ in relation to the examinee’s L1 and how the raters recognise them. Un groupe statuaire complexe à Autun : essai d’identification

Au cours d’un diagnostic réalisé au nord-ouest de la ville d’Autun, à proximité du rempart d’origine augustéenne, un fragment de groupe statuaire a été trouvé au croisement de deux rues antiques. Reposant sur le sol de circulation, il semble avoir été abandonné au cours de l’Antiquité tardive ou du haut Moyen Age. Il se compose d’un personnage cuirassé (cuirasse musclée) vraisemblablement représenté de dos. Il s’agirait d’une gigantomachie, en ronde-bosse (sculpté sur trois cotés), la face principale a été délitée par la cassure de l’arkose taillée en délit (les bancs géologiques locaux sont impuissants à fournir la hauteur nécessaire à ce groupe).
