Current discussions about dollarization/euroization are built on substitution models and cost/benefits analysis. This working paper aims to go beyond these explanations based on a functionalist definition of money. An institutionalist definition of money advocates analyzing de facto dollarization more broadly as a legitimacy crisis of the unit of account that damages monetary sovereignty and of whom authorities try to check in a kind o f institutional resistance. In this paper, we present a formative experience in information literacy that can build on lasting from a reflexive, comparative approach skills; analytic and dialectic. On the theoretical side, we propose to reconcile the theories of human activity with simondiennes theories of technical culture. Trace analysis of learners permit to construct a summary ontology digital skills and shows the relevance of a semantic device training, which is part of the prospect of convergence between information cultures transliteracy kind.

International audience; Notre travail s’attache à l’analyse, encore peu développée, du rôle des contextes scolaires dans le développement des compétences citoyennes. Nous supposons que l’établissement a un effet sur les compétences citoyennes des élèves : il s’agit de déterminer quelles caractéristiques de l’établissement s’avèrent essentielles pour comprendre la manière dont l’éducation à la citoyenneté agit sur les élèves. Les données utilisées portent sur l’éducation à la citoyenneté et ont été recueillies, en 2018 par le Cnesco, auprès de 16000 élèves, 500 enseignants et 350 chefs d’établissement de plus de 450 établissements. Les projets éducatifs sont, par nature, des visions enchevêtrées de moyens et d’objectifs qui tentent de faire face à des apories éducatives. Ce texte propose d’envisager les apports de la pensée de Ruwen Ogien pour cela. On y examine ainsi successivement les possibilités offertes pour la sanction éducative, l’orientation et la prise en charge de la difficulté scolaire au moyen des notions de « faiblesse de la volonté », de non-nuisance et de l’idée de supériorité des droits sur les valeurs. Purpose: To describe the distribution of intraocular pressure (IOP) and central corneal thickness (CCT) in an old French population. Methods: About 9000 individuals 65 years and older were included in the 3C cohort study since 1999 in 3 French cities (Bordeaux, Dijon and Montpellier). In Dijon, an additional ophthalmic examination was performed 10 years after the initial inclusions to assess the relation between systemic age-related diseases and eye diseases in the MONTRACHET Study (Maculopathy Optic Nerve nuTRition neurovAsCular and HEarT diseases).
