Celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi, że część środowisk w Polsce powtarza krzywdzącą opinię, według której Polacy byli w okresie powstań śląskich odwróceni do tego regionu plecami. Stanowisko takie miało swoje podłoże w rozczarowaniu części mieszkańców Górnego Śląska skalą pomocy, jaką walczącym w powstaniach Ślązakom udzielało państwo polskie. Takie oceny abstrahowały jednak od wewnętrznej oraz międzynarodowej sytuacji Polski w latach 1919–1921. Masteroppgave i idrettsvitenskap - Universitetet i Agder 2016 Mental toughness, anxiety and pressure are well-used terms within sports, even though it can be difficult to understand the meaning of them. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between anxiety (cognitive- and somatic anxiety and self-confidence) and mental toughness, and top-class referees’ subjective experience on pressure as a soccer official. 183 top-class referees answered an online questionnaire. Mental toughness was measured by using the SMTQ and anxiety by using the CSAI-2. HKUST-1 is a metal-organic framework (MOF) which plays a significant role both in applicative and basic fields of research, thanks to its outstanding properties of adsorption and catalysis but also because it is a reference material for the study of many general properties of MOFs. Mappings of finite distortion between metric measure spaces

We establish the basic analytic properties of mappings of finite distortion between proper Ahlfors regular metric measure spaces that support a ( 1 , 1 ) (1,1) -Poincaré inequality. As applications, we prove that under certain integrability assumption for the distortion function, the branch set of a mapping of finite distortion between generalized n n -manifolds of type A A has zero Hausdorff n n -measure.

Ārpusšūnu cirkulējošo nukleīnskābju izpēte hipofīzes adenomas pacientos

Līdz šim literatūrā nav ziņojumu par ccfDNA un cirkulējošo miRNS izpēti HA pacientu plazmā. Darbā tika novērtēta iespējamība detektēt HA izcelsmes ccfDNA plazmā, veicot mērķētu NGS pozīcijās, kuras saturēja HA somatiskās mutācijas, un veikts pētījums par miRNS sastāva izmaiņu detektēšanu plazmā 24 stundas pēc HA rezekcijas. HA eksomos atklātās somatiskās mutācijas tikai detektētas septiņās no 16 pārbaudītajām pozīcijām ccfDNA amplikonos. Divās ccfDNA pozīcijās mutantā alēle bija vairāk nekā 2% no kopējā nolasījumu skaita, kas varētu liecināt par šo ccfDNA izcelsmi no HA.
