OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study is to assess the reliability of the Adolescent Label Impact Index (ALII) , it is an adolescent adapted version of Italian LII of the tobacco products warnings. MATERIAL AND METHODS: A sample including students aged 13-15 years was considered. The ALII is constructed by 4 items: salience, harm, quitting and forgo. The questionnaire was self-administered to study participants twice with 3 days between each administration (T1 and T2) to measure reliability. Unlawful Aid and Public Undertakings: Vertical Direct Effect of Article 108(3), third sentence TFEU

This paper addresses the position of public undertakings that may appear in a State aid law-related context in their capacity of intermediaries or grantors of aid vis-à-vis Article 108(3), third sentence, TFEU, to check whether the standstill obligation directly applies to public undertakings where they act to grant or disburse State aid. Public undertakings must refrain from granting aid in breach of the standstill obligation, as addressees of the standstill obligation. Where a public undertaking fails to apply Article 108(3) TFEU, it opens itself to claims based on Union law, including claims for damages. Union law is stated as it stood on 20 June 2021.

Šī pētījuma ietvaros tika izvirzīti trīs jautājumi: 1. Vai Garastāvokļa un izjūtu aptaujas (GIA) vecāku un bērnu latviešu versijas ticamības rādītāji atbildīs citu pētījumu rezultātiem? 2. Kāda ir GIA latviešu valodā adaptētās vecāku un bērnu versijas konverģentā validitāte ar Bērnu depresijas aptauju (CDI)? 3. Kāda ir aptaujas diskriminantā vērtība (cut-off point)? Kontrolgrupas (n=26) un klīniskās grupas (n=26) dalībnieki vecumā 12–18 gadiem, no kuriem 44 bija sievietes, un viņu vecāki aizpildīja 33 un 34 pantu GIA pusaudžu un vecāku versiju attiecīgi.
