Problematyka skuteczności zabezpieczeń ustanawianych na majątku podatnika, co do którego następnie sąd upadłościowy ogłosił upadłość, budzi liczne kontrowersje i problemy natury praktycznej. Wbrew stanowisku Wojewódzkiego Sądu Administracyjnego (WSA) w Białymstoku1 nie można przyjąć założenia, że zabezpieczenia ustanowione w trybie regulacji podatkowych mają pierwszeństwo przed zasadami prawa upadłościowego oraz są wykonalne i skuteczne także po ogłoszeniu upadłości podatnika. Przyjęcie takiego rozwiązania oznaczałoby uprzywilejowanie określonej grupy wierzycieli. Research Findings: The aim of the present study was to examine classroom quality profiles of kindergarten classrooms using a person-centered approach and to analyze these patterns in regard to teacher and classroom characteristics. Observations of the domains of Emotional Support, Classroom Organization, and Instructional Support were conducted in 49 Finnish kindergarten classrooms utilizing the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (R. This study consists of five international articles and an introductory background review. Its focus is on the nature and structure of teachers' pedagogical knowing. Pedagogical knowing is characterized as an active process by which teachers perform their duties in situations involving intense social interactions. This study treats teachers' pedagogical knowing as a broad theoretical concept and as an extended practice. Patterns of teachers' narratives are analysed as reflecting the general nature of this type of knowing. The theoretical background consists of three concepts. Innledning Innføring av telemedisinske tjenester har vist seg å være komplekse, fordi det i en telemedisinsk innovasjon utvikles nye tjenester, prosesser og organisasjonsformer. Det er forsket mye på slike innføringer på sykehus, men vi vet lite om hvordan dette foregår i norske kommuner. Derfor har vår problemstilling vært: Hvordan foregår innføring av telemedisinske tjenester i norske kommuner? Materiale og metode For å besvare problemstillingen har vi brukte en kvalitativ metode med fire fokusgruppeintervju med 24 informanter fra 21 kommuner i tre helseregioner. This article explores university students’ approaches to and positions with regard to making the most of their study time. The article discusses how various normative societal expectations around students’ use and management of time feature in their talk about how they organise their everyday lives. Effect of oil lamination between plasticized starch layers on film properties

International audience; To reduce the hygroscopic character of biodegradable starch-based films, rapeseed oil was incorporated by lamination (starch-oil-starch 3-layers technique). The lipid lamination followed by starch solution casting step induced an emulsion type structure of dried films. Composite films are more opalescent and glossier than fatty free starch films. For all the films, structure is heterogeneous in the cross-section only. Adding fat induced a twice decrease of the tensile strength. Thermal gravimetry analysis did not show differences between films with and without oil. Lipid reduced the moisture absorption particularly at higher RH as well as the surface swelling index, …

In this article, the synthesis by means of the spray pyrolysis method, of the CaMoO4 and rare-earth cation (RE3+)-doped CaMoO4:xRE3+ (RE3+ = Eu3+, Tb3+, and Tm3+; and x = 1, 2, and 4% mol) compounds, is presented. The as-synthesized samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction, Rietveld refinement, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Raman spectroscopy, and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy.
