Niniejsze opracowanie odnosi się do problematyki wpływu otwarcia przyspieszonego postępowania układowego z układem częściowym na postępowanie egzekucyjne dotyczące wierzytelności zabezpieczonej rzeczowo na składnikach majątku dłużnika. Zaprezentowany zostanie pogląd prawny, i jego uzasadnienie, według którego, w przypadku gdy wierzytelność zabezpieczona rzeczowo na majątku dłużnika zostaje objęta układem częściowym wówczas egzekucja co do niej ulega bezwzględnemu zawieszeniu z mocy samego prawa (ipso iure)

Autorka zainteresowała się formami kolędniczymi, związanymi ze Świętem Trzech Króli (6 stycznia): tradycyjną grupą kolędniczą – Trzej królowie, nowszą – kolędnikami misyjnymi oraz organizowanym od 2009 r. na ulicach wielu miast w Polsce Orszakiem Trzech Króli, czyli oryginalną procesją uliczną. To hałaśliwe wydarzenie uliczne wpływa na odmienny charakter uczestniczenia w religijnym „misterium”: czytelny jest tu aspekt uteatralnienia ceremonii religijnej (przebrani aktorzy pierwszo- i drugoplanowi, rekwizytem powszechnym są papierowe korony królewskie, budowa scen, na których odbywają się koncerty amatorskich i profesjonalnych zespołów). Fundamental contribution to filling out the condition reports of the work of arts involved in temporary exhibitions is provided by non-invasive investigation techniques. Investigation, carried out before and after the movement, allow to collect objective data to monitoring the surface or structural alterations and defining the state of conservation, representing an important moment of deepening of knowledge. In Germany, where the common technique has always been dubbing, subtitles are however becoming more and more popular. The present article will deal with the application possibilities of subtitles in audiovisual translation with reference to humoristic elements. Kokoukset lienevät yleisin työelämän vuorovaikutuskäytänne ja siten organisoinnin keskeinen areena. Kokouksista on kirjoitettu lähinnä opaskirjallisuutta ja kokouksiin keskittyvä tutkimus on lisääntynyt vasta viime vuosina. Kokousteoreettinen jäsennys on kuitenkin edelleen vähäistä. Beyond “liberals” and “conservatives”: Complexity in ideology, moral intuitions, and worldview among Swedish voters

This research investigated the congruence between the ideologies of political parties and the ideological preferences (N = 1515), moral intuitions (N = 1048), and political values and worldviews (N = 1345) of diverse samples of Swedish adults who voted or intended to vote for the parties. Logistic regression analyses yielded support for a series of hypotheses about variations in ideology beyond the left-right division. The authors present results of their studies dealing with symbols of fear identified in drawings made by Polish and Turkish children. The studies consisted in comparing results with regard to the categories and content of symbols recognized in the drawings presented by younger school-age children of the two nationalities. For the needs of the comparative analysis the following questions were formulated: In what way did the children present their fears in their drawings? Przedmiotem niniejszego opracowania jest udzielenie odpowiedzi na pytanie czy uregulowany w ustawie Prawo upadłościowe katalog sposobów zabezpieczenia majątku dłużnika na etapie postępowania w przedmiocie ogłoszenia upadłości ma charakter otwarty czy zamknięty? Prezentowana jest teza, że katalog sposobów zabezpieczenia ma charakter otwarty. W konsekwencji dopuszczalnym sposobem zabezpieczenia majątku dłużnika jest uchylenie zajęcia egzekucyjnego wierzytelności przysługujących dłużnikowi. Uchylenie zajęcia egzekucyjnego wierzytelności przysługujących dłużnikowi nie zostało wprost przewidziane przez ustawę jako sposób zabezpieczenia majątku dłużnika.
