Au cours de ces dernières années, la sémiotique de la nourriture a connu un grand développement. En suivant les maîtres dans ce domaine (de Jakobson à Lévi-Strauss, de Barthes à Greimas, de Fabbri à Landowski et à Boutaud3), de nombreux travaux ont été effectués concernant les recettes de cuisine et les régimes alimentaires, la structure des plats et la conception des aliments, les récits gastronomiques et les valeurs gustatives, les processus esthétiques et les extases de saveurs, les langages de dégustation et les modes médiatiques. Mais, tout en tenant compte des suggestions issues de ces recherches, on doit constater que beaucoup de travail reste encore à faire.

The comparison is focused on children from two groups: North Africans in France and Mexicans in the US. Educational attainment and permanence in NEET situation among youth

Using the French Labour Force Survey, this paper analyses the individual and institutional effects on the transitions into and out of NEET status before and after the crisis. In particular, we question whether the profiles or the labour market transition patterns of young people have changed since the economic crisis. The econometric results indicate that the NEET risks vary according to age, sex, educational level and social origins. They also show that the transition out of NEET status is more related to the educational attainment, after 2008. Conversely, the lack of human capital and social capital increases the retention of youth in NEET situations.

Cette opération a permis de comprendre l’organisation et l’évolution d’un quartier urbain de l’agglomération d’Intaranum sur les cinq premiers siècles de notre ère.Située immédiatement à l’est d’une voie reliant Entrains à Auxerre, la parcelle fouillée semble n’être investie que vers le début du Ier s. Les premiers indices d’occupation livrent l’image d’un paysage rural, peu anthropisé, centré chronologiquement sur la période augustéenne. La zone va bénéficier très rapidement de la mise en place d’une voie est-ouest, implantée de manière non perpendiculaire à l’axe principal, et qui semble polariser l’organisation générale du quartier.
