Quark and gluon distributions and $\alpha_{s}$ from nucleon structure functions at low $x$

Abstract The Q2 dependence of the structure functions F2p and F2d recently measured by the NMC is compared with the predictions of perturbative QCD at next-to-leading order. Good agreement is observed, leading to accurate determinations of the quark and gluon distributions in the range 0.008 ⩽ × ⩽ 0.5. The strong coupling constant is measured from the low x data; the result agrees with previous determinations.

Lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) are the dominating storage technology for electric vehicles (EVs). Different types of LIBs, using diverse cathode materials are available in the market, such as LiMn2O4, Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2. The cathodes contain a wide range of raw materials (RMs), among which e.g. cobalt is in the 2017 list of CRMs for the Europe Union (EU). En esta tesis doctoral se ha pretendido conocer aspectos bioquímicos y funcionales de la proteína bifuncional MnmC, modificadora de la U34 en algunos tRNAs del organismo Escherichia coli siempre teniendo en cuenta el marco de la ruta donde actúa (Ruta MnmEG). El primer objetivo fue clonar y expresar cada dominio de MnmC por separado para tener un sistema de estudio de las reacciones que ejercen por separado. Neatliekamās medicīnas centrā strādājošam māsām nepārtraukti jārūpējas par pacientiem un viņu jūtam, kamēr viņi tiek izmeklēti un ārstēti. Ētikas pamatprincipu ievērošanai, kas izpaužas kā cieņa pret cilvēka vērtību sistēmu, principiem un personīgajiem uzskatiem, ir īpaši svarīga Neatliekamās medicīnas centrā strādājošo māsu vidū.
