High-pressure characterization of multifunctional CrVO4

[EN] The structural stability and physical properties of CrVO(4)under compression were studied by x-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, optical absorption, resistivity measurements, andab initiocalculations up to 10 GPa. High-pressure x-ray diffraction and Raman measurements show that CrVO(4)undergoes a phase transition from the ambient pressure orthorhombic CrVO4-type structure (Cmcm space group, phase III) to the high-pressure monoclinic CrVO4-V phase, which is proposed to be isomorphic to the wolframite structure. Sopimuspohjaisessa suunnittelussa olion metodeille asetetaan ehtoja, joiden on oltava voimassa ennen operaation suorittamista tai sen jälkeen. Tällaiset ehdot voidaan automaattisesti kirjoittaa osaksi koodin kommentteja. Code Contracts on laajennos .NET-kieliin, jonka avulla sopimuspohjainen suunnittelu saadaan osaksi sovelluskehitystä. Tīmekļa vietņu apjoms visā pasaulē arvien palielinās, tāpēc ir nepieciešams pēc dažādu sarežģītību veidu tīmekļa vietnēm. Lai ātri un ērti izveidotu tīmekļa vietni, ar vai bez noteiktām biznesa prasībām, nepieciešams ņemt vērā dažādi faktori kā tiks veidota tīmekļa vietne. Darba mērķis ir salīdzināt programmu ietvarus tīmekļa vietņu ģenerēšanai, balstoties uz iepriekš izveidotas datu bāzes. Tiks izpētīts ietvaru rīku funkcionālās iespējas un pielāgošana noteiktām vajadzībām. Svarīgs vērtēšanas kritērijs ir ietvaru piedāvātie palīgrīki izstrādes gaitas paātrināšanai. Pēc šiem kritērijiem izvēlētie ietvari tiks salīdzināti un iegūti secinājumi.

Motivations, engagement and adoption of e-WOM in restaurants.

Resumen El objetivo del presente trabajo fue estudiar el efecto que tienen las motivaciones para consultar y escribir e-WOM sobre el compromiso con el e-WOM y la influencia de dicho compromiso en la adopción del e-WOM consultado. Para analizar estas relaciones, se realizó una investigación empírica aplicada en el contexto de los restaurantes. El ámbito geográfico fue Ecuador, con una muestra de 461 consumidores. Se utilizó un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales y se validó la cadena de relaciones. ¿Cómo afecta la innovación en la satisfacción y la lealtad hacia el establecimiento minorista?

Resumen En el presente estudio, se examinó el concepto de innovación en el sector minorista y se definieron sus relaciones con otras variables, como la satisfacción y la lealtad, tradicionalmente vinculadas con el establecimiento minorista. Para lograr los objetivos planteados, se delimitó un modelo teórico sustentado en la literatura, que se contrastó mediante un estudio empírico utilizando un cuestionario estructurado ad hoc aplicado a una muestra de 510 clientes de establecimientos de alimentación. The impact of quantitative easing on UK bank lending: Why banks do not lend to businesses?

Abstract The growing proportion of UK bank lending to the financial sector reached a peak in 2007 just before the onset of the Global Financial Crisis (GFC). This marks a trend in the dwindling amount of bank lending to private sector non-financial corporations (PNFCs), which was exacerbated with the Great Recession. Many central banks aimed to revive bank lending with quantitative easing (QE) and unconventional monetary policy. Inverse problems for $p$-Laplace type equations under monotonicity assumptions

We consider inverse problems for $p$-Laplace type equations under monotonicity assumptions. In two dimensions, we show that any two conductivities satisfying $\sigma_1 \geq \sigma_2$ and having the same nonlinear Dirichlet-to-Neumann map must be identical. The proof is based on a monotonicity inequality and the unique continuation principle for $p$-Laplace type equations. In higher dimensions, where unique continuation is not known, we obtain a similar result for conductivities close to constant.

Migration kinetics of ion-implanted beryllium in glassy carbon

Abstract Migration kinetics of low-concentration implanted 7 Be in glassy carbon has been studied by the modified radiotracer technique at temperatures 1285 °C and 1340 °C. The annealed sample concentration profiles show two distinctive components: (i) Main profile broadening assigned to beryllium trapping in defects during annealing. (ii) Tail parts on both sides of the profile maximum related to faster migration. Of the latter the profile representing bulk diffusion lies on the region free of defect influence and is well described by concentration-independent diffusivity. Electric circuits with tunnel diode's represent a classical example of dynamic systems with nonlinearities, which feature piecewise negative damping and multiple equilibria and, as consequence, nontrivial trajectories in the state-space.
