Maģistra darba “Nosacīta atbrīvošana no kriminālatbildības” mērķis ir aplūkot nosacītu atbrīvošanu no kriminālatbildības kā vienu no vienkāršotajiem procesa veidiem Latvijā. Aplūkot arī priekšnosacījumus personas nosacītai atbrīvošanai no kriminālatbildības, kā arī procesuālo kārtību un sekas izbeidzot kriminālprocesu nosacīti atbrīvojot no kriminālatbildības. Darba gaitā autore pēta arī problēmas un trūkumus praksē, piemērojot šo vienkāršoto procesa veidu, kā arī sniedz savus priekšlikumus, lai novērstu trūkumus un uzlabotu šī vienkāršotā procesa veida piemērošanu un efektivitāti.

Sustained attention encompasses a cascade of fundamental functions. The human ability to implement a sustained attention task is supported by brain networks that dynamically formed and dissolved through oscillatory synchronization. The decrement of vigilance induced by prolonged task engagement affects sustained attention. However, little is known about which stage or combinations are affected by vigilance decrement. Flavobacterium columnare is a bacterial pathogen of fresh water fish causing lethal columnaris disease worldwide. At Finnish fish farms, columnaris disease has occurred since the early 1980s, and is a serious problem in salmonid farming in Finland. Currently, the only effective treatment is with antibiotics. Vibrio vulnificus es un patógeno humano emergente que es autóctono de ecosistemas acuáticos salobres de climas templados, tropicales y subtropicales. La especie se subdivide en 3 biotipos (Bt), de los cuales el Bt2 contiene un grupo de cepas que, además de poder infectar al hombre, pueden causar infecciones en peces.
