Los gustos artísticos de los «novatores» valencianos en torno a 1700: la colección de pintura de los marqueses de Villatorcas

La casa del primer marqués de Villatorcas era famosa en la Valencia de finales del siglo xvii por la importante biblioteca que albergaba, sede de reuniones de carácter literario y científico. En 1702, el hijo y heredero del marqués, Juan Basilio Castelví, se casaba con la condesa de Cervellón y, con motivo del matrimonio, su padre le cedió una importante colección de pintura de la que destaca la procedencia italiana de la mayoría de los lienzos, sobre todo napolitanos, y la abundancia de pintura de género, de paisajes, de bodegones o de ruinas. El artículo nos permite estudiar la colección y su distribución en el interior de la vivienda.

Kiinnostus biohiiltä kohtaan lisääntyy jatkuvasti, sillä biohiili tarjoaa taloudellisia ja ympäristön kannalta kestäviä ratkaisuja. Biohiiltä on tutkittu Suomessa noin kymmenen vuotta, mutta vasta viime aikoina sen taloudellinen kannattavuus on tunnistettu. Aikaisemmat biohiileen liittyvät tutkimukset ovat keskittyneet lähinnä pyrolyysiprosessiin, biohiilen ominaisuuksiin sekä biohiilen potentiaalisten käyttökohteiden tutkimiseen. Background: Complete removal of old filling material during root canal retreatment is fundamental for predictable cleaning and shaping of canal anatomy. Most of the retreatment methods tested in earlier studies have shown inability to achieve complete removal of root canal filling. Therefore the aim of this investigation was to assess the efficacy of three different rotary nickel titanium retreatment systems and Hedstrom files in removing filling material from root canals. Blockchain e diritto dei contratti: criticità e prospettive

Il presente contributo si propone di indagare la persistente attualità delle categorie ereditate dalla tradizione civilistica con riferimento alla contrattazione “smart” nel contesto di una Blockchain. Appurato che l’automatismo delle transazioni non può escludere l’applicazione del diritto e l’intervento regolatore dell’ordinamento, la ricerca si propone di qualificare giuridicamente lo “smart contract”, verificandone la compatibilità con i concetti di “accordo” e di “adempimento”. L’attenzione sarà, da ultimo, rivolta all’applicabilità dei rimedi tradizionali alle transazioni “smart”.

A branch-and-cut algorithm for the Team Orienteering Problem

The Team Orienteering Problem aims at maximizing the total amount of profit collected by a fleet of vehicles while not exceeding a predefined travel time limit on each vehicle. In the last years, several exact methods based on different mathematical formulations were proposed. In this paper, we present a new two-index formulation with a polynomial number of variables and constraints. This compact formulation, reinforced by connectivity constraints, was solved by means of a branch-and-cut algorithm. The total number of instances solved to optimality is 327 of 387 benchmark instances, 26 more than any previous method. Moreover, 24 not previously solved instances were closed to optimality.
