In this article, Finland is analysed as a competition state where the pursuit of international advantages is a policy priority. Nanovadu mehānisko īpašību izpēte un to pielietojumi nanoelektromehāniskās sistēmās

Darbā noteikti monokristālisku Sb2S3, Ge un BeO nanovadu Junga moduļi. Nanovadu šķērsgriezuma laukums noteikts robežās no 7.1⋅102 nm2 līdz 7.8⋅104 nm2, garums no 3,1 µm līdz 136 µm. Mērījumi veikti skenējošā elektronu mikroskopā. Izmantotas atšķirīgas mehānisko īpašību noteikšanas metodes – elektriskā lauka ierosināta mehāniskā rezonanse, nanovadu lieces un spiedes deformācijas – un secināts, ka iegūtie rezultāti kļūdu robežās sakrīt. Eksperimentāli noteiktās Junga moduļa vērtības – 36 ± 9 GPa, 135 ± 40 GPa un 97 ± 24 GPa attiecīgi Sb2S3, Ge un BeO nanovadiem.
