Introduction: Only a few studies have reported the long-term efficacy of interleukin (IL)-1 inhibition in systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) and adult onset Still’s disease (AOSD). We herein describe Anakinra (ANA) effectiveness expressed in terms of drug retention rate (DRR) and evaluate predictive factors of drug survival in sJIA and ASOD patients. The attention of the writer was attracted by the person of Konrad Mientus, who impressed with his passion of collecting all souvenirs, „props”, which passion became concrete in the form of an extremely valued and constantly visited regional chamber. A passion that was vivid from childhood was emphasized, and many examples of the Silesian regional chamber were referred to. Museum exhibits show the Opole region as a „smali homeland” of Poles and Germans - with all the complexity of the fate of its community, as well as the specificity of the Silesian culture, visible especially in tradition, dia- lect, customs and folk customs.

This dissertation and the four separate articles contained therein examine Finnish pastors as builders of the Swedish state from the 1550s to the 1610s. The subject is studied from three perspectives. First, the relationship between the crown and the church (and the pastors) is explored. Second, the study investigates the relationship between the pastors and local communities. The third aspect connects the first two as it sheds light on the pastors’ role as intermediators between local communities and the crown.
