Viena no mulsinošākajām problēmām, kas saistīta ar Kanta politisko domu, ir tāda, ka viņš atbalsta absolūto liegumu uz sacelšanos, kas šķiet pretrunīgi, ņemot vērā gan Kanta personiskos uzskatus, gan viņa filozofijas garu. Šajā darbā ir paredzēts izpētīt nosacījumus sacelšanās liegumam Kanta filozofijā un atbildēt uz jautājumu, vai pretestība vienmēr ir aizliegta. Pārbaudot, kādā veida politiskas sabiedrības pastāvēšanas nepieciešamība un mērķis ir saistīts ar sacelšanās lieguma nosacījumiem, tiek noskaidrots, ka, ja režīmu nevar uzskatīt par politisku, tad sacelšanās nav aizliegta. Runa ir par režīmiem, kas atšķiras no dabas stāvokļa, kur tomēr sacelšanās liegums nav spēkā.

Las neoplasias mieloides relacionadas con la terapia (NMRT) se definen como aquellas leucemias mieloblásticas agudas (LMA) ó síndromes mielodisplásicos (SMD) desarrollados en pacientes previamente tratados con quimioterapia, radioterapia ó la combinación de ambas por una patología previa. Constituyen una de las mayores complicaciones de los supervivientes de otras formas de cáncer, representando entre un 10-20% de las LMA en el momento actual. This study examined how social media (Twitter and LinkedIn) relates to the operating revenue by investigating the effect of the use of social media by the board of directors. To tackle this question, we analyzed the mediating and moderating relationship of social media on the effect of board size in operating revenue (turnover). We studied the implications of the use of social media by the board members by using structural equation modeling (SEM). The data consisted of a random sample of 100 companies listed on the NASDAQ. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la relación entre la orientación internacional y la supervivencia de empresas manufactureras de reciente creación. Para ello se estudió una muestra de 2.975 nuevos emprendimientos constituidos durante el período 2001-2010 en la industria textil-confección de España. Metodológicamente, se han empleado modelos de duración mediante regresiones de Cox, que modelizan el riesgo relativo asociado con una variable en función del tiempo transcurrido hasta que sucede el evento.
