Social causes and consequences of clients’ satisfaction with hotels

Con el objeto de evidenciar la dimensión social del proceso de satisfacción, proponemos un modelo causal donde la satisfacción y el valor son constructos centrales, con dos antecedentes (calidad de servicio y valor social) y dos consecuencias en forma de lealtad (boca-oreja electrónico y boca-oreja global). El modelo es contrastado entre 386 huéspedes de hoteles españoles confirmándose el peso que tienen en el proceso lealtad las variables de carácter social: valor social y boca-oreja. Questions Agricultural intensification has led to the decline of biodiverse meadows and other semi-natural grasslands. Road verges offer potential alternative habitats for meadow species, but they may not be suitable for all meadow species due to different soil properties, frequent disturbances, pollution or suboptimal management. Aim The first comprehensive checklist of European phytosociological alliances, orders and classes (EuroVegChecklist) was published by Mucina et al. (2016, Applied Vegetation Science, 19 (Suppl. 1), 3-264). However, this checklist did not contain detailed information on the distribution of individual vegetation types. Here we provide the first maps of all alliances in Europe. Location Europe, Greenland, Canary Islands, Madeira, Azores, Cyprus and the Caucasus countries. Capsule: There is no evidence of widespread significant nest-site competition in Britain or the Western Palearctic between cavity-nesting birds and bumblebees or social wasps. Aims: To investigate competition between cavity-nesting birds and bumblebees and wasps, particularly the range-expanding Tree Bumblebee, Saxon Wasp and European Hornet in Britain, and review evidence throughout the Western Palearctic. Double squirrel cage induction motors: A new approach to detect rotor bar failures

The purpose of this paper is to present a diagnosis technique, for rotor broken bar in double cage induction motor, based on a combined use of frequency sliding and wavelet transform analysis, to isolate the contribution of the rotor fault components issued from vibration signals in a single frequency band. The validity of the proposed diagnosis approach is not limited to the analysis under steady-state operating conditions, but also for time-varying conditions where rotor fault components are spread in a wide frequency range.

CITES konvencijas noteikumu pārkāpumu izpēte starptautiskajā lidostā “Rīga”

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izanalizēt CITES konvencijas pārkāpumus starptautiskajā lidostā „Rīga” un visā Latvijas teritorijā, to cēloņus, izstrādāt ieteikumus un risinājumus šo pārkāpumu novēršanai. Darbā analizēti autores veikto aptauju rezultāti, intervējot ielidojošos pasažierus starptautiskajā lidostā „Rīga” no Eiropas Savienības un trešajām valstīm par attieksmi pret CITES konvenciju, noskaidrojot informētības līmeni un informācijas avotus. Izanalizēta CITES konvencijas pārkāpumu skaita dinamika lidostā „Rīga” periodā no 2011.-2015.gadam. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 66 lapaspusēm. Darbs satur 23 attēlus, 3 tabulas, 54 izmantotos literatūras avotus un 1 pielikumu.
