There is no consensus in the organizational literature about the relationship between formalization and firm performance. Some studies have suggested that formalization is beneficial for organization performance, but others have generated contradictory results. In this research, we try to analyze the relationships between formalization, operational performance, and business performance. To test these hypotheses, the structural equation technique was used on data from a survey carried out on organic agro-food Spanish industrial firms. Abstract Analysis of entrepreneurs' motives in the framework of organizational behavior theory is a popular research area regarding female entrepreneurship. This study analyzes women entrepreneurs' motives (propensity for risk, finding a work–life balance, desire to develop business skills, need to seek self-employment, and desire to earn more than in paid employment) to achieve survival of their businesses through crisp set qualitative comparative analysis (csQCA). Analysis yields the following results: 1) women whose motive is to pursuit a better work–life balance are less likely to success; and 2) women whose motive is risk-taking are more likely to success.

Abstract This study aimed to find important constructs and relationships among models of subsidiary divestment during the period from 1989 to 2018 using correlation matrices of 80 studies, the selection of which was based on six criteria. Abstract In civic crowdfunding, local communities are asked to financially contribute to projects aimed at the regeneration of an area. Usually a local government acts as a co-funder. This paper employs a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis to discover which conditions are combined and may result in the collection of a significant amount of funds.
