International audience; Monitoring activities in industry may require the use of wireless sensor networks, for instance due to difficult access or hostile environment. But it is well known that this type of networks has various limitations like the amount of disposable energy. Indeed, once a sensor node exhausts its resources, it will be dropped from the network, stopping so to forward information about maybe relevant features towards the sink. Zusammenfassung Patientenzentrierte Kommunikation und selbstbestimmte Entscheidungen gelten heutzutage als wichtige Aspekte der Arzt-Patienten-Beziehung. Im klinischen Alltag ist die Umsetzung dieser Konzepte jedoch immer wieder erschwert. In diesem Beitrag wird anhand eines Fallbeispiels diskutiert, worin die Grenzen der partizipativen Entscheidungsfindung bestehen und wieso das Vertrauen in die Handlungslogik der Institution insbesondere dann relevant wird, wenn es nur geringe Spielräume für eigene Entscheidungen gibt.
Graph Rewriting Based Search for Molecular Structures: Definitions, Algorithms, Hardness

We define a graph rewriting system that is easily understandable by humans, but rich enough to allow very general queries to molecule databases. It is based on the substitution of a single node in a node- and edge-labeled graph by an arbitrary graph, explicitly assigning new endpoints to the edges incident to the replaced node. For these graph rewriting systems, we are interested in the subgraph-matching problem. We show that the problem is NP-complete, even on graphs that are stars. Hematopoietic cell (HC) transplantation (HCT) is the last resort to cure hematopoietic malignancies that are refractory to standard therapies. Hematoablative treatment aims at wiping out tumor cells as completely as possible to avoid leukemia/lymphoma relapse. We have applied molecular evolution methods to study the HIV-1 epidemics in the Comunidad Valenciana (CV, Spain) from a public health surveillance perspective. For this, we analysed 1804 HIV-1 sequences comprising protease and reverse transcriptase (PR/RT) coding regions, sampled between 2004 and 2014. These sequences were subtyped and subjected to phylogenetic analyses in order to detect transmission clusters. Summary In this work, we aimed to evaluate the levels of ferritin enriched in H subunits (H-ferritin) and ferritin enriched in L subunits (L-ferritin) and the cells expressing these two molecules in the lymph node (LN) biopsies obtained from adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD) patients, and the possible correlation among these data and the severity of the disease.
