Testing for Lynch Syndrome in Endometrial Carcinoma: From Universal to Age-Selective MLH1 Methylation Analysis

Simple Summary International guidelines recommend universal screening of endometrial carcinoma patients for Lynch syndrome, a hereditary cancer predisposition syndrome. Screening is based on mismatch repair protein immunohistochemistry and reflex MLH1 methylation analysis to exclude the likely sporadic cases of MMR deficiency. As sporadic MLH1 protein loss is common in endometrial carcinoma, the ability to target methylation testing would save efforts and costs. W duszpasterstwie dzieci ważne zadanie spełniają głoszone do nich homilie i kazania. To przepowiadanie zostaje poddane naukowej refleksji w oparciu o paradygmat pastoralny. Przesłanką większą są wytyczne dokumentów Kościoła odnośnie przepowiadania do dzieci i to, co napisano na jego temat. Zaś przesłanką mniejszą wybrane homilie i kazania, które ukazały się drukiem i te, które są głoszone. Zestawienie przesłanki większej i mniejszej, a więc teorii i praktyki, pozwala na sformułowanie postulatów odnośnie przepowiadania do dzieci w Polsce. Zaproponowano 10 postulatów. Normalized Solutions to the Fractional Schrödinger Equation with Potential

AbstractThis paper is concerned with the existence of normalized solutions to a class of Schrödinger equations driven by a fractional operator with a parametric potential term. We obtain minimization of energy functional associated with that equations assuming basic conditions for the potential. Our work offers a partial extension of previous results to the non-local case.
