The present work has as its subject a noted constitution by Gordiano from 238 a.d. in which is discussed the theme of guarantee from eviction in terms of trade operations similar to emptio venditio. In terms of ad exemplum ex empto actionis given to the possessio venalis buyer this paper agrees with dominant theory which excludes an actio ex empto identification. In Romanticism, the employment of abstract concepts within an epic ‘miracle machine’ was arranged by means of personification. This was the case until Antoni Malczewski, a Polish Romantic poet, introduced free indirect speech which facilitated linking anthropomorphised abstractions with their ‘genetic subjects,’ i.e. experiencing characters. Fascioliasis is a zoonotic parasitic disease caused by Fasciola hepatica and F. gigantica. Emergence of human fascioliasis prompted a worldwide control initiative including a pilot study in several countries. Given the necessity to characterize the fasciolid populations involved, the overall aim of the present research is, first, the phenotypic characterization of faciolid adults and eggs implicated in human endemic areas, where this initiative has been implemented, through a computer image analysis system (CIAS) applied on the basis of standardized measurements. Was to adapt the monospecific model ALOMYSYS to a multi-specific flora, in order to predict the effects of cropping systems on the timing and quantities of emerging weed seedlings. Determining the parameters for each additional species is unfeasible. A second objective was thus to estimate the parameters from easily measurable species traits. After having performed a large literature analysis, 18 weeds were studied for the processes involved into the seedbank dynamics and emergence. Hölderlin empieza a escribir poesía desde muy joven y enseguida destaca por su plétora poética, a la que pronto se le hace tan angosta la cultura lírica pietista como estrecho el convento. Sólo la lectura de la literatura contemporánea le ayuda a trascender los muros del recinto y establecer contacto con la realidad social y política circundante. Los poemas aquí reunidos, y traducidos por primera vez al castellano, son obras de un estudiante entre los catorce y los diecinueve años, que se abría al mundo y a sí mismo, y en ellos apuntan temas y formas poéticas que resonarán en su poesía de madurez.
