Bakalaura darba “Holokausta reprezentācija filmās “Tēvs nakts”, “Ida” un “Viļņas geto”” mērķis ir izpētīt ar kādiem kinematogrāfiskiem elementiem filmās “Tēvs nakts”, “Ida” un “Viļņas geto” tiek reprezentēts holokausts. Pētījuma problēmas ir – kādi ir režisoru izmantotie kino valodas elementi, kas veido holokausta reprezentāciju filmās un kā tiek atspoguļota holokausta problēma filmās, kas ir uzņemtas Baltijas valstu reģionā, izmantojot kino valodas elementus? Teorijas daļā tiek aplūkota semiotika, kino semiotika un tās elementi, naratīva teorija un kino naratīvs, reprezentācijas jēdziens, holokausta jēdziens un holokausta reprezentācija.
